Very helpful and come to the house on time is a great service for me.

I requested a tech to come out and configure my voice activation (Alexa & Google assistant) for our LG OLED 55 inch TV. When it was initially set up the technician spent 2+ hours trying to get the voice activation to control the TV and additional audio components. In the end he wasn't able to get everything working. He said it wasn't his area of expertise. The technician that showed up made a couple of modifications which improved some functions, but he said I needed a different cable. I was very disappointed that he didn't have it with him. He also said that voice activation wasn't very good at controlling TVs. I bought the TV with recommendations from the that it would work with my voice assistance. I am in a wheelchair and that was the main reason for buying that TV. I would like another technician to come out with the right cable and configure the voice activation.

Connected Dvd and sound bar to TV, and made sure that all worked and complete satisfaction on our part.

The agents did not turn my surround sound back on before they left….nor can i get in touch with anyone to solve the issue. Very disappointed
