    This was a replacement for a TV that started having trouble after four years of service. They made the change with out any problems. I enjoy the new TV since it has a great picture and good sound.

    They fixed the problem very quickly. Both technicians were very professional, friendly and knew what to do. to fix the problem with our surround sound/TV.

    They fixed my TV because I couldn't get it to work. But with there AMAZING Touch! WHA LA!!!! Awesome for the things they do and make sure my surround sound is at its best because of them!!!

    The agents disassembled my original equipment and installed recently purchased projector and all related components , including Amplifier, DVD Player , and Apple TV . System is up and running and working fine.

    The 3 tech guys that installed our TV were great! They were efficient, knowledgeable, and performed in a friendly manner. We had a problem with the delivery date but Tech JD and Salesman David C immediately got the problem resolved.

    Geek Squad trouble shooted my security camera

    The agent came to my home to determine why one of my security camera's was not working. He quickly tested my solar panel and battery and was able to determine the cause of my problem. This allowed me to submit to my security company what needed to be done and they took care of the problem at no charge.

    Wad having trouble with T V not shutting off and had to leave it on 24 hours until he arrived ,4 days later . He had the problem solved within a few minutes . HURRAY !

    I am saddened by the untimely death on an American legend-namely Best Buy customer service, I purchased a TV-and Geek Squad delivered a crushed box television. I didn't open it-thought it would be better for the to see how the TV was delivered, I called and said I wanted an exchange. Today Geek Squad PICKED UP the TV and informed me they did not have a TV on their order. I called customer service- the language barrier was awful. I have invested over 15 hours (12 hours in waiting for the delivery) only to have Best Buy tell me they would not give me a discount for my TV, nor could they honor the sale price of my original purchase. They were conciliatory about it being their fault -from the refund, and how much time I had to take off work to wait for the TV, and the 2 hours spent with CS. They never took responsibility for the box being crushed when it arrived. ( I have the pics to prove it).They wanted to resolve the issue by offering me a discount on a item AFTER I purchased the TV. I'm saddened by the poor quality of business practiced by Best Buy.

    I was having trouble connecting to my apps. Had no Netflix or Amazon Prime. The Geeks who came were both so knowledgeable and efficient. It didn’t take them long to determine the problem and fix it. This makes me very happy that I bought my TV at Best Buy.

    Jeff served us exceptionally well!! All our issues were professionally dealt with and our TV and surround sound system are working very well! He addressed our TV, our surround sound, and our DirecTV system to assure that all were well syncronized. Jeff also patiently answered all our questions.

    Shaq did an astounding troubleshooting job. He was very thorough, and although we did not succeed in in pairing my Sub-Woofer, he helped me discover the sub-woofer I bout was not compatible to my current soundbar. Great job!
