    The 2 gentlemen were friendly and very helpful with moving my TV mount higher and adding my Sonos speaker bar to the TV itself.

    would have give 5 stars but waited almost the entire 4 hours with no updates on when Geek Squad would arrive. Once here, however, the serviceman was extremely helpful.

    the sound was not working on our surround sound through the receiver for the TV. He was able to get it working properly and also showed us how to add channels to our Harmony remote.
