I just can’t say enough about how good the technicians are! The GEEK SQUAD IS THE BEST! They are friendly and so knowledgeable. When explaining how to operate the television, they don’t make you feel stupid. They are patient and kind. It’s like inviting a friend into your home. I’ve been a Best Buy member for over ten years and will continue. Even if I don’t need them for the year, the money is well spent when I know they will be here, if I need them.

I took the sound bar into the shop but the personnel thought the problem could be better evaluated connected to my TV. The technician came to my home, went through a exhaustive check and suggested a work around for my problem. Great service

The agent was great...took time answered questions, explained the system. After using the TV for a couple of hours a green vertical line appeared on the left hand side of the screen. I turned the TV off and when I attempted to turn it back on, it would not go on...kept on shutting itself off. When I called customer service they said the TV would have to be replaced off due to probably a bad board. They couldn't get me an appointment until a week later. This will be the 3rd replacement for the LG OLED 48" TV. Is this a coincidence or a bad product??!! Getting back to the agent, he was great. Not his fault but the LG TV!

Dustin is awesome! He figured out what was wrong and what needs to be fixed. He make recommendations on products that Best Buy sells that I need. He went above & beyond to explain everything in laymen's terms. He answered all my questions, demonstrating when he could, and showed me short cuts. He was professional, sincere, kind, respectful, articulate, and would make a great educator! Love the Geek Squad!

The agents that came to my house asked me to describe the problems I was having and immediately went to work troubleshooting the issue. After checking a few things in my apps they were able to fix the problems, whatever they were. I’m not tech savvy enough to understand what they told me what was wrong but I know that my TV has not caused me anymore problems. I advised a friend who is considering a new smart TV to make sure she also gets tech support like the Geek Squad unless she is more tech savvy than me!
