Great Agent-Bad TV

After using the TV for a couple of hours a green vertical line appeared on the left hand side of the screen. I turned the TV off and when I attempted to turn it back on, it would not go on...kept on shutting itself off. When I called customer service they said the TV would have to be replaced off due to probably a bad board. They couldn't get me an appointment until a week later. This will be the 3rd replacement for the LG OLED 48" TV. Is this a coincidence or a bad product??!! Getting back to the agent, he was great. Not his fault but the LG TV!

Once he found the issue he went right to work to correct it. He also made sure I knew how to work my system properly before he left.

Port Arthur Store

They were so patient & respectful with me. they were also very patient, respectful & very knowledgable with Apple. Apple is the reason I got locked out and I would have never been able to do everything these young men did.I have been a Member of the Geek Squad for several years now and I trust them with my devices & purchases. All the people ta the Port Arthur Store have always been very polite , friendly & knowledgable with my needs. One of the young men was Eric Rozelle, I am Sorry, I do not remember the other young mans name.

Yamaha Home Theater sound system

They connected to my new Yamaha home theater to existing hardware. The new system sounds great and have answered questions which we faced.

Service performed quickly, fixed the problem with my fire stick. Wiped down all touched surfaces as he left, including the door knob. would have liked an explanation of what caused the problem. Will use again.

Geek Squad had to call for tech support

We could not understand the tech support female due to extreme accent. She hung up on us and was very rude!

My hero’s!

They are friendly and so knowledgeable. When explaining how to operate the television, they don’t make you feel stupid. They are patient and kind. It’s like inviting a friend into your home. I’ve been a Best Buy member for over ten years and will continue. Even if I don’t need them for the year, the money is well spent when I know they will be here, if I need them.

Geek Squad got Sonos speakers working
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tyler was able to get my Sonos speakers working and installed a new App on my iPad that was compatible with speakers. His assistant. Matt, was very knowledgeable and helpful. They were both respective, kind, and made sure we understood what they were doing to get the speakers to work. They also worked me through the remote and how to use the splitter box. They were patient with us as Seniors learning how to navigate the system. The Sound quality coming out of the Sonos Speakers is awesome. We don't need to go to a theater anymore, we have the Home theater in the comfort of our Living room.!! WE have weekly Date Nights at home viewing our favorite Hallmark Movie!!!!
