    Complete evaluation and deficiency corrected unfortunately didn’t resolve problem. Good news they’re coming back out to hopefully resolve our problem.

    My troubleshoot service call would have been fine but the gentleman who came to do the service call - complained the whole time and then made me feel dumb because of the of the sound bar issue - and then when he left the sound bar problem immediately came back - hence a waste of time. BUT I love Geek Squad - this is the only time I ever had a problem with the service - but mainly it was the person!!

    This was an important order which included a Sony Soundbar that never worked, Having had health issues I did not follow up on a complain. However, on 03/30/2018 I did ask for service: ORDER # BBY01-805537449701 for which I was charged $100 in advance. The technician that came is a true professional who put the soundbar to work and also helped teaching us TV functions. I resent the fact that you charged a $100 for something that should have worked when we bought it.
