I love Geek Squad but this time.....
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My troubleshoot service call would have been fine but the gentleman who came to do the service call - complained the whole time and then made me feel dumb because of the of the sound bar issue - and then when he left the sound bar problem immediately came back - hence a waste of time. BUT I love Geek Squad - this is the only time I ever had a problem with the service - but mainly it was the person!!

However, on 03/30/2018 I did ask for service: ORDER # BBY01-805537449701 for which I was charged $100 in advance. The technician that came is a true professional who put the soundbar to work and also helped teaching us TV functions. I resent the fact that you charged a $100 for something that should have worked when we bought it.
