Unexpected system shut downs
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The agent was very knowledgeable and helpful - Unfortunately my Home Theater System fooled us both and after he left the system still did not function properly - The TV still turns off the whole system if it is paused for more than 15 minutes!

Jason took care of everything in a very professional manner and was able to train us two old retirees on how to operate the new TV technology.
