    WE BOUGHT A NEW hp COMPUTER. THE GEEK SQUAD WAS PHENOMINAL, AND WE ARE SO HAPPY WE HAVE THEM. THEY WERE INSTRUMENTAL IN HELPING US PICK OUT THECOMPUTER THAT BEST SUITED OUR NEEDS.

    Untrustworthy and Unprofessional

    Total Unprofessional and Untrustworthy; highly frustrating experience Background: I ordered a TV and Total Tech for installation. First Visit: Total Tech installed new TV Next day observed that AirPlay is not working. Called Best Buy . Second Visit by Best Buy: This guy tried for troubleshooting. No fix. Told me he will visit again few days. Never heard back. No visit. No call No email. Called Best Buy again and explained the problem. Third Visit by Total Tech/Geek Squad: They tried and unable to resolve this issue. Told me that current TV is not compatible with iphone AirPlay. Asked me to order a new TV replacement. Thereafter I called Best Buy Customer Care and ordered suggested TV and scheduled an appointment. After that call no email confirmation and no one arrived on agreed date and time. Called Best Buy Customer Service again and explained them whole thing. Asked them to schedule service and replace TV. This time Best Buy Customer care updated that they can't replace TV as 60 days has passed. This 60 days has passed due to Best Buy unprofessional service and conduct. Anyway after further deliberations they updated that one more visit by Geek Squad to fix the issue is required for them to replace the TV. The best buy customer service agent promised that in case Geek Squad is not able to fix the issue; they will replace with a new TV ( a different model) and waive of $70 difference. I was deeply frustrated and told them that I don't want to experience the same thing i.e., not getting appointment email and no geek squad agent coming. I told firmly that I will not disconnect the line until I receive the email. The agent updated that they have to disconnect as email get delivered after 2 hours. A big Lie. I asked the call to be transferred to supervisor. This supervisor now says that I will not be given price difference waive off. I asked him to put all the notes and send me email. He declined. He repeated same thing that email would be delivered in 2-3 hours. Again big lie!! I got the email while I was speaking to them in 15 minutes. Overall Best Buy Customer Service is a big joke. There is no customer care. They are fleecing customers. No professionalism. If Best Buy you are reading this and still have some decency or professionalism, then care to reach out to me. For today's call with Best Buy Customer Care the case ID is 319068321
