    I had the Geek Squad install my new TV and mounted it to the wall, and they did a terrific job. Then they programmed my TV for all of my channels. Thank you Geek Squad.

    The Geek Squad Total Tech service is great. it's good to have this in-home service...home theaters can be complicated at times.

    The agents that came to my house asked me to describe the problems I was having and immediately went to work troubleshooting the issue. After checking a few things in my apps they were able to fix the problems, whatever they were. I’m not tech savvy enough to understand what they told me what was wrong but I know that my TV has not caused me anymore problems. I advised a friend who is considering a new smart TV to make sure she also gets tech support like the Geek Squad unless she is more tech savvy than me!

    Geek Squad Fixed my printer and computer

    The technician was able to connect my streaming service to my smart tv in a matter of minutes. I had no idea that the tower had dials to manipulate in order to make the connection.

    I had a problem with my smart tv. The problem was a storage shortage. The person who came out to the house told me how to get more storage by deleting unused apps. He was very kind and knowledgeable,

    The Geek Squad service guy was great. He determined that the belt was screwed up & I later confirmed the only way to stop the wheel from turning was to unplug it.

    The agent who came out helped me with my little cluster of a mess and also corrected an issue with my universal remote. Everything seems to be working quite well now, even a little bit better than when it was first installed.

    The gentleman was in my home for less than five minutes. He took a look under the hood, punched the button on the remote three times and it was repaired. Got top love to folks at Geek Squad!

    the agents took a picture of tv said would order part (whole back panel) then a second trip same thing, then came out with the panel, turned out to be wrong one. they went back and was to call when part came in. Never happened. then got a call saying he was coming out to trouble shoot. I cancelled that told them it had been done twice already, then get a text saying all was done taken care of. Call Geek again tell them it was not done . send out same tec he again took pictures then called said they were replacing the tv that is set up for Oct. 4 hope all goes well now.

    Geek Squad reconnected my DVD player (had no sound previously) and connected two streaming channels. This was done successfully and the agent took the time to fully explain what he was doing and helping two older adults (82 years old) with significant technology deficits.

    Dustin is awesome! He figured out what was wrong and what needs to be fixed. He make recommendations on products that Best Buy sells that I need. He went above & beyond to explain everything in laymen's terms. He answered all my questions, demonstrating when he could, and showed me short cuts. He was professional, sincere, kind, respectful, articulate, and would make a great educator! Love the Geek Squad!
