The geek squad tech that come to my house on 5-30-23 resolved my surroundsound in my den! He did a wonderful job, and there hasn’t been any more issues since the day he’s came!!

Andrew and Luke, as always, did a great job working with us and the manufacturer to determine the fix to the issue we were experiencing with our tv. To date the issue seems resolved.

There are 2 young men in the Port Arthur Store that were just Wonderfull to help me with my Apple computer when it froze up. They were so patient & respectful with me. they were also very patient, respectful & very knowledgable with Apple. Apple is the reason I got locked out and I would have never been able to do everything these young men did.I have been a Member of the Geek Squad for several years now and I trust them with my devices & purchases. All the people ta the Port Arthur Store have always been very polite , friendly & knowledgable with my needs. One of the young men was Eric Rozelle, I am Sorry, I do not remember the other young mans name.

Agents set up new router and programmed Apple TV..They did an excellent job and were very neat. Very happy with the results and this experience means that my tv and other purchases will be made at Best Buy. Total tech is great. Thank you.

The agents solved my hookup problem and reset my streaming services. Needed a new Fire Stick.

The Geed Squad is Awesome... however the company needs to be a better job communicating changes in the Geek Squad subscription. The Geek Squad get a 5 for Excellent service. The company gets a 1 for Poor service.

We needed a tech 3 times before we got everything working properly. All three were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Love our new TV and receiver.

Great service but they set my TV to come on with one click of my Dish Remote but now it goes on and off for several times when first turned on.

I had the Geek Squad install my new TV and mounted it to the wall, and they did a terrific job. Then they programmed my TV for all of my channels. Thank you Geek Squad.

The agent detected a faulty wire in 20 minutes and a new one is ordered. He was very good, helpful and likeable.

Everything went well. The guys were on time and very polite and patient with my elderly Mom Very much appreciated . I’ll be buying a new tv soon and will use the Geek Squad for set up

The agent connected the aps which needed it and set up the sound system which I did not know how to do.

Tyler was able to get my Sonos speakers working and installed a new App on my iPad that was compatible with speakers. His assistant. Matt, was very knowledgeable and helpful. They were both respective, kind, and made sure we understood what they were doing to get the speakers to work. They also worked me through the remote and how to use the splitter box. They were patient with us as Seniors learning how to navigate the system. The Sound quality coming out of the Sonos Speakers is awesome. We don't need to go to a theater anymore, we have the Home theater in the comfort of our Living room.!! WE have weekly Date Nights at home viewing our favorite Hallmark Movie!!!!

The agent Mike was very professional, knowledgeable and took him time troubleshooting my system. Once he found the issue he went right to work to correct it. He also made sure I knew how to work my system properly before he left.

The Geek Squad installed 7 speakers without any issues and cleaned up after installation. They connected to my new Yamaha home theater to existing hardware. The new system sounds great and have answered questions which we faced.

The Geek Squad Total Tech service is great. it's good to have this in-home service...home theaters can be complicated at times.

The two young men were very helpful and I appreciated them. Unfortunately of my problems could not be addressed by them.

The Geek Squad service guy was great. He determined that the belt was screwed up & I later confirmed the only way to stop the wheel from turning was to unplug it.

the agents took a picture of tv said would order part (whole back panel) then a second trip same thing, then came out with the panel, turned out to be wrong one. they went back and was to call when part came in. Never happened. then got a call saying he was coming out to trouble shoot. I cancelled that told them it had been done twice already, then get a text saying all was done taken care of. Call Geek again tell them it was not done . send out same tec he again took pictures then called said they were replacing the tv that is set up for Oct. 4 hope all goes well now.
