Strongly suggest avoiding BestBuy for any kind of home theatre set up. We spent several thousand dollars. The equipment got set up by BestBuy and then stopped working. We were sold an Apple TV which was slow and VERY klunky ( save your $) and eventually stopped working after 4 months. We the had to PAY to have someone come back out because we were getting no sound at all except for the TV sound. They got the sound working again but eliminated the on screen programming for the receiver ( technician told us it was an “upgrade”) and while we are getting sound again from all speakers, we are not getting surround sound. No help, no support. The salesmen who was so happy to take our multi thousand order can’t be bothered to return calls. This has been a savagely bad customer service experience and the system has worked as designed about 50% of the time since we bought it. Go to a local store which can provide some meaningful service. Beware!!

Geek Squad adjusted our 4K television, it was turning off for no reason and the picture was dull.

Geek Squad was called to connect a Denon sound system that the speakers were just not working properly. The tech that came dropped the speakers more than one time. Then we had asked if they would be replaced if broken or not working due to fall. I have four remotes with one tv, comcast, DVD and the Denon remotes. She programmed three (Comcast, Denon, TV) into one remote before she left. The whole thing messed up. If you turned tv on the surround would turn off, or vice versa. I ended up having to call Comcast within the week because the tv would not change channels and volume eventually stopped working. Comcast came and the cables were messed up they had to put it all back the way it was , not having a universal remote for everything just because Surround speakers were installed for it to properly work and a cable had to be replaced as it was damaged.
