Denon Speakers Installation

Geek Squad was called to connect a Denon sound system that the speakers were just not working properly. The tech that came dropped the speakers more than one time. Then we had asked if they would be replaced if broken or not working due to fall. I have four remotes with one tv, comcast, DVD and the Denon remotes. She programmed three (Comcast, Denon, TV) into one remote before she left. The whole thing messed up. If you turned tv on the surround would turn off, or vice versa. I ended up having to call Comcast within the week because the tv would not change channels and volume eventually stopped working. Comcast came and the cables were messed up they had to put it all back the way it was , not having a universal remote for everything just because Surround speakers were installed for it to properly work and a cable had to be replaced as it was damaged.
