Issues with soundbar losing connection. Geek Squad ran some diagnostics and found that there is a problem with the soundbar itself. Tech said he would call us back that day to set up an appointment to bring us new soundbar to connect and take the one we had back. Its been 2 weeks now and haven't heard back. I have left 2 messages and no return call. So making a trip to Best Buy tomorrow to exchange soundbar. The purchase of this soundbar has been a real hassle! Since we have bought this we have had 2 appointments the tech was a no show or no call and now this on the 3rd appointment. Very disappointing! I have spent alot of money at Best Buy over the last year. Wish my total tech membership was working out better for me.
