BB Follow-up Service is outstanding

The technician and his assistant arrived on-time, assessed the problems and provided training on how to fix them if they reoccur. The TV is wonderful but not a simple task to learn all the bells and whistles. Also, the online product guidebook I referred to had incorrect information, and several product reviews for that company website attested to the same. I appreciate Best Buy's home service and the technician's knowledgable and courteous assistance. Five Stars.

The Best part of “Best Buy”

I love new technology but I don’t pretend to know how to install it or set it up. That’s where the Geek Squad comes to the rescue. My wife and I purchased the latest UHD Television that Samsung has to offer along with the latest Blu-ray player and sound bar as well as a Harmony remote to control it all in our living room. We also purchased a new receiver for our theater surround sound system for our family movie room. The Geek Squad professionally installed and programmed it perfectly. We had an issue with the operation of the new television and sound bar. The Geek Squad made a return visit and remedied the issue at no additional charge. They explained everything in detail and were genuinely concerned that we were completely satisfied with our purchase and their service. Thanks to their helpful, friendly and understanding customer service I will always shop at Best Buy knowing I have Geek Squad service to make sure I get the most out of every purchase.

Excellent On Time Service

They always do a great job and are exceptionaly priced especially from being a Total Tech member. They navigated my hometheatre service perfectly.

Wonderful thorough service.

It turns out that the Hisense TV only flickered when we switched to the input of the Old Directv Box. No flickering on any of the apps pre-installed on the Hisense TV and no flickering with Xfinity cable box. Geeksquad swapped cable of Xfinity and Directv and symptoms remained, flickering only occurs when choosing any input that the Old DirectV box was plugged into. Remove Directv and all flickering stops. We have to reach out to Directv to get an updated cable/dish box.

Kudos to Geek Squad

Each time I called a rep would come out, get it working and within a day or two the TV which switch it back to the tv sound. Today two Geek Squad members came out and reset the whole system and it’s now working correctly. I’m so thankful that I bought the Total Membership when I purchased all my appliances, new TV and the new sound system. All the techs I’ve had out have been extremely helpful and nice.

Product assembly guidance procedure is lacking
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.As of this review, I am somewhat disappointed with the assembly guidance provided with the product, i.e. curved computer monitor. Although seemingly simple at first glance, in trying to fit the stand for the monitor to the screen, two tabs were broken. My analysis is that either the material was inadequate or the assembly procedure was unclear. I will be at the store when it opens tomorrow to get this taken care of. Since the monitor is inoperable in it's current state, I am unable to provide any credible opinion as to the function or operation of this monitor. Also, not particularly pleased with denial of adding assembly of this product to the Geek Squad task list generated to handle the TV set I also purchased today.

Not only did he demonstrate how to use the equipment that we had trouble with; he took time before leaving to review as we took the controls. His clarity was much appreciated. He also corrected a small installation error.

Outstanding service with Total Tech membership

Scheduled an appointment and when contacted by technician he was able to walk us through the process to fix it over the phone. We agreed no tech on-site was needed and the appointment was cancelled. Great job and as a Total Tech member we truly value the services of the Geek Squad on all of our electronics - as they will service all electronics even those not purchased at Best Buy.
