    The technicians were very responsive but unable to resolve the problem. However they were successful in securing future business for the new homeowner. I paid $130 for the service call and would hope to have received some level of refund.

    I’ve had an appointment with geek beginning April 14…cancelled with NO notice or notification in advance. If I hadn’t called to verify status I would have been waiting for nothing on that date. Appointment rescheduled to May 3…got a VM 3 days ahead this time to CANCEL AGAIN!! New date May 14…Been waiting since April 14, mind you the appointment was made in March. So I’ve been waiting since March for service!! Unacceptable and poor customer service! Although I’m marking I would recommend geek..it’s only because once you finally get them they’re good at what they do and know what to do!
