    The technicians were very responsive but unable to resolve the problem. However they were successful in securing future business for the new homeowner. I paid $130 for the service call and would hope to have received some level of refund.

    I tried numerous times to cancel this appointment online. I called and after a few minutes wait, I was finally able to cancel this appointment. When I have used Geek Squad, I love my results but this was annoying trying to cancel my appointment I no longer needed.
