    Even though I consider myself Tech Savvy even after 2 dozen failed attempts I couldnt figure out the issue thats when Geeksquad really helped.

    He would not take back my tv bracket. I have to take it back..I went into Best Buy and they did a pickup for me..because I ordered a different tv. Hope the same guy does not come out tommarow to install it.

    We had a long term synchronization problem between our smart TV and the Cable reception. No one could find the cause. Geek Squad solved it.

    The agent was troubleshooting why my sound wasn’t coming out through the receiver. It worked that night and then quit again. I called to get someone out again and now I have to wait over a month for them to come back. Not happy at all.
