FIND A FRIEND!!! SKIP THE FECAL BOG, AND FIND A SM

The gentleman was very nice, but looked at his watch constantly and huffed when I asked him to look into the many problems I am having with this setup.... I now have 2 applications of Microsoft office (That I paid for, by his recommendation!!),,, as well,,, I now have 2 different copies of Adobe (One of which I paid for...(and then asked him to merge and delete the paid copy,,, which he DID NOT ACHIEVE!!, so now I still have files stuck in the cloud and cannot access...)) It seemed like he had a handle on this for a moment, but then looked again at his watch, and bolted before there was any attention paid to if the problem was solved and left!!! Please DO NOT SEND THIS PERSON HERE EVER AGAIN!!! I am now having to spend my hard work, money and time recovering my files that I asked him to find and merge... If you cannot find anyone smarter than myself, I will not shop there anymore... I think I have spent well over 5 grand there over the past year,,, and really want my money back on this computer, and peripherals, as well as the support money I spent to have this run smoothly!!! Your "geek" system is broken, and desperately needs work!!!! SCREW YOU, and all this waiting for someone that knows NOTHING!!!!!!! VERY DISSAPOINTING!! Sorry!!
