Problem still exists, Harmany won't turn on TV.

Before the Harmony was not turning on the Spectrum box which it does now but now the TV won't come on at the same time. I have to turn it on and of a few times to make it work. Sorry I just have not been home or had time to call Ken back. Thanks Jim
