    As written previously, my technician was wonderful. However, I could have been asked 2 questions in store that would have informed a better solution and not have had to pay 130$ to have a field agent come to the house and tell them to me. In store, they are little more than retail hires. I can highly recommend the field service techs but not the in store help.

    Sonos works again but now TV acts weird

    I would have given this a 5 if you would have asked me right after our technician left. He was friendly and polite and when he left our Sonos system was working again. BUT...fast forward a few days and strangely the related tv (which we have never had any issues with) just turns off or the sound stops all together while the picture is still on, or it will revert to internet tv when we were watching cable. It started doing all kinds of weird things ever since we had everything restarted to reboot our Sonos system. Coincidence? Maybe but now we are going to have to call Geeksquad back out again. :(
