Can’t get smart tv to behave

Every time you change the volume or other items a voice tells you that you have done that and while she is speaking you cannot listen to the TV. This is very annoying

Who knew that Samsung TV's were not designed to do headphones NOR were SONOS soundbars something we should have ever bought they were never going to work with a Samsung and headphones. We needed to have the headphones for my dad when he comes he has hearing loss and but still have an audio output for the shared room. In our experience, the McKinney store has many part-time employees who do not know anything about TV/electronics. We went to the Frisco store to change things up about a month ago and met with Jessie Cristerna. He is another impressive source of knowledge. He made some good suggestions such as a splitter so we could run optical. We made a call and scheduled for an agent to come out and add the splitter. We were assigned with Agent Lopez was so very professional he always calls if he is running late and stays in touch. Agent Juan Lopez was nothing short of an amazing Agent. I explained all that had gone on since March he was very kind and apologized for the many many calls we have had to make and have agents come out. He sounded very confident he could remedy the problem and if he could not he had senior agents he could reach out to. He promised he would not leave this job until he got it right for us. He has been a miracle of help. He has come several times and made a few calls and got more information. He finally got the headphones to work yet still get the audio to remain on in the room. He never got inpatient or upset he just kept at it with a smile. We were very blessed to have been able to get him as the one who came and figured it all out. We are more than happy with our Geek Squad support and will remain Total Tech members now. I was beginning to think we should drop the Total Tech Support ,,,,,,,not now. Our most sincere thanks and satisfaction to Agent Juan Lopez. If you are wondering why I put one star? I heard from an agent in McKinney you don't read the 5 stars so I did the one star so you would read. This is really a ten star event in the end with Agent Lopez. We love him. Thank you for adding him to the Frisco team. Great folks at the Frisco-Eldorado Best Buy! Liz and Ken Tomas
