The agents were able to quickly fix the problem I was having getting my 4k Digital Player working with my TV. It turned out to be a incorrectly connected cable. I never would have figured it out on my own.

The techs called ahead and came when scheduled. Very efficient and knowledgeable! Fixed the issue in no time!

Sean Kruse (Geek SQ agent) quickly made all the adjustments on my TV which more then fixed my problems that let me just me remote for all adjustments I need to make to provided excellent viewing of my TV 24 hours a day. I now view a great pic all day and night. Great job.

Had an issue with my antenna reception. I have the Total Tech plan so not only was the service amazing, problem solved, it was also covered!!!!

Problem was resolved quickly. Somehow my settings got changed. My TV has a voice remote control, but had started talking to me thru every single step of what I was doing with TV and it read everything that was showing. It was driving me insane, especially when it talked to me during the night when TV was OFF! It was freaky, but the technician knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it promptly! :D
