    The tech on Geek Squad could not solve the problem and made an appointment for 2 weeks out. II decided to try rebooting, which the tech did not suggest, Problem solved!!

    I’ve had an appointment with geek beginning April 14…cancelled with NO notice or notification in advance. If I hadn’t called to verify status I would have been waiting for nothing on that date. Appointment rescheduled to May 3…got a VM 3 days ahead this time to CANCEL AGAIN!! New date May 14…Been waiting since April 14, mind you the appointment was made in March. So I’ve been waiting since March for service!! Unacceptable and poor customer service! Although I’m marking I would recommend geek..it’s only because once you finally get them they’re good at what they do and know what to do!

    The two Geek Squad techs trouble shot the problem but I have been left hanging since.They determined that the quick connect box had to be the issue and after not hearings response about finding a replacement box I came to the store and Timothy Pleasant assured me I would hear from someone about the needed connector box. I have yet to hear from anyone so you have dropped the ball after purchasing a $180 Tech Support program and being charged for $49 trouble shoot visit. What can I say. Your follow up and customer service is not what you profess to provide.

    My eARC stopped communicating between my receiver and tv. Geek Squad came to my home (after a considerable wait). After 45 minutes of checking settings and my HDMI cable, I was told it’s the TV. No offer to help, or bring the set in for service. I bought a new set. Problem remained. Most likely it’s the receiver, which fortunately was still under warranty. If the Geek Squad is going to come out and troubleshoot, they need to get their techs better equipment. With a spare TV & receiver we could have narrowed the problem quickly.

    The Geek squad(3 times) couldn't figure out how to get my remote to connect. They told me I needed a new receiver, however, got a real tech in and he said I didn't need a new receiver and he was able to connect with my Harmony remote. The Geek squad needs more tech education!
