    Disappointed in that I called on three different occasions to take advantage of this service, but was not able to be helped on any of the three. The Geeeks are not as knowledgeable as I had hoped.

    There service is No good don’t buy any high dollar items, they don’t even have a phone number for you to call, when you do call there number person from a different country will answer, if you can understand them, it will be to no avail. my tv never works 1 minute after they installed it, & took 25 days to get it out of my house. RCWilley is my 1 go to now & Eddie the mgr goes the extra mile for you & you can call him anytime, he gets A 5 star review

    Geek squad could not figure out my problem with my Iphone and Night Owl Security cameras...after they left I went on line to solve the problem with my Iphone and then was able to fix the problem with Night Owl Security and I did fix the problem myself.
