    Geek squad has been out 3 times to get tv and cable to work. Issue is still not resolved, and got worse each time they came. They "installed" (taped one piece to back of TV and it subsequently fell) the equipment that they assured me would work (and that I paid for), but problem returned each time within an hour or so. Poor quality and problem remains unsolved. Now I'm waiting for another company to come and solve the issue, including the problems Geek Squad caused. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!! Time "window" I was given for service was 7pm. Was told they would call when they were on the way (which they did). But asking someone to sit at home for 12 hours waiting to hear from them is ridiculous.
