    The tech person was very nice but wasn't able to solve the problem. I do not think he knew about security systems and their dvr. Waste of my money! The guy did try his best.

    The in-home technician arrived early and solved my problem quickly. However, my experience on the phone, prior to the appointment, was very disappointing.

    Stay way from contracted Geek Squad

    We had two groups of Geek Squad - one who got TV out of box in the family and left without connecting. That first group (2 man contract) also installed tilt wall mount and 55" TV in bedroom along with a ROKU stick. Really botched all installations, not happy but I will never sign up for Geek Squad services again. Second Geek Squad person actually set up TV days later. He was actually employed by Best Buy and did a great job.
