    Technician help required for remote issues

    We were having issues with sound system throughout house, remote not working properly to turn on TV. Techs were puzzled with process. Sometimes taking battery out and replacing was suggested, Having same issues still.

    Sonos connection with extra speaker

    My Sonos and the extra speaker I purchase from Best Buy are not in sync with each other. I should not have to go to Iphone and add the speaker each time I turn on TV or music. Speaker and Sonos are not connecting. Geek Squad thought it was Cox internet connection, which I was having trouble with, but not any more and the connection is still not right and needs to be turned on with my phone. Should have been set up properly when I got the extra speaker. Geek quad doesn't seem to know what to do.

    Stay way from contracted Geek Squad

    We had two groups of Geek Squad - one who got TV out of box in the family and left without connecting. That first group (2 man contract) also installed tilt wall mount and 55" TV in bedroom along with a ROKU stick. Really botched all installations, not happy but I will never sign up for Geek Squad services again. Second Geek Squad person actually set up TV days later. He was actually employed by Best Buy and did a great job.
