    The Geek Squad TV Trouble Shooting

    The Geek Squad Agent came to my home to get the internet back on my TV. He taught me how to trouble shoot in case it happened again. He got my internet going in a timely manner. I’m very pleased with his expertise and professionalism.

    I actually didn't have my TV mounted by the BB agent. I went in a different direction. A family put up the wall mount and attached the TV. However, I have taken full advantage over a cost of time by using The Geek Squad & Total Tech when needed. When my 60" LG 4K TV started acting up, I was more than happy to have already had the service at my finget tips... Don't sleep on the importance of Protection for your items! You can't go wrong by keeping this service going.

    I previously reviewed the Geek squad visit. Basically thought the visit was a waste of time and the people you sent were not experienced enough with my issue and gave them a bad review. I also thought I was being charged for the visit but I found out that wasn't the case. The main tech performed a factory reset of my google mesh network. I thought this was so basic at the time and was angry. Well, several weeks later, it appears that the reset totally resolved my wi-fi network stability. I am sorry I reacted to what seemed like incompetence. So I take back all that I said in the last review.

    Agents Carter, Jeff and Miles came to trouble shoot our Nest security system. We could no longer see the images from our two Nest doorbells. They not only fixed this problem, but answered many other questions about this Nest system and an anticipated future purchase and installation of a new state of the art television. All three oof these agents were knowledgeable, personable and courteous. They each deserve recognition for their excellent customer service.

    Problem was resolved quickly. Somehow my settings got changed. My TV has a voice remote control, but had started talking to me thru every single step of what I was doing with TV and it read everything that was showing. It was driving me insane, especially when it talked to me during the night when TV was OFF! It was freaky, but the technician knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it promptly! :D
