Eric diagnosed my Wifi problem and installed the Google Nest. Solved the issues.

Stacie arrived to trouble shoot my problem and had it solved within 15 minutes. She took the time to explain what happened and had me verify I could run the aps and they worked. She also took the time to answer several of my questions about capabilities of my new television and what I wanted it to do. As a senior, with limited tech capabilities, she made me feel comfortable asking questions and told me to never hesitate to call them if I needed help. My Smart TV is no longer smarter than me. I am actually able to utilize all my aps that I pay for and not be scaredI will mess up .

The Geeks have helped me set up and (monitor & repair) TV's, printers & Computers and phones over the past several years. They have done a very good job at a fair price.

There were two representatives of Geek Squad here and they came to the opinion that it was the cable box that was the culprit. They disconnected the sound bar and had us watch closely for a repeat of the problem. Conclusion: I need to unplug the cable box and swap it for a new one at one of Cox's retail stores. Shortly after they left, we discovered that the batteries in the remote control were showing replace, so we did that. We're watching it closely now when we watch television.

After struggling for days with no TV sound and nearly 3 hours on the phone with my cable provider (no solution), the Geek squad arrived. In 10 minutes, the problem was fixed. Great work.

The agent taught me how to use some of my devices. He was patient and thorough. He detected a cracked cable box and told me how to get a new one.

The technician was very helpful. He was able to solve the led light problem and reconnect AV system to wifi.

Best Buy and Geek Squad are the first names I think of when I need anything from office supplies to electronics, to kitchen appliances. They provide an affordable and an invaluable service to the community. I highly recommend them.

I have a 9 speaker Dolby Atmos surround sound setup and was having trouble fine tuning the system. It takes hours trying different media in the system. In order to get the correct sound output you need to access the many different internal settings that today's AV Receivers have. It is impossible for the Total Tech Support team to do all of this that is required in playing so many different media sources. What they were able to do is show me where these settings were located and how to make any changes.

On time services , in my case easy fix, I should learn to do these easy fixes

I ordered a refrigerator. I requested that the door swing to the left upon delivery. If it wasn’t, the door would not open all the way and would hit the corner of my counter which may cause damage. I was told the geek setup squad would ensure I was satisfied before they left. First refrigerator came damaged took two days to get completely cold. Door did not swing the correct direction. Second delivery, inside was dirty, skuff marks on the shelves inside. Door still did not swing the correct direction. Delivery drivers for both deliveries did not want to correct the door issue and were very rude when I asked about it. I have read other reviews in which they did all I was requesting. I don’t understand why they couldn’t do something as simple for them as if switching the door hinges to the other side or even ensuring cleanliness and that the product wasn’t damaged.

We were very happy with the installation of our new TV. The Geek Squad also installed the replaced TV in our bedroom. They did a great job and helped explain how everything worked.

The Geek Squad reps were extremely knowledgable and quickly resolved the issues. They also provided some additional tips on more effectively using our investment.

The agents synced 2 tv remotes to sound bars and solved my problem with an old tv with me buying a fire stick which I bought from you and now that tv works great.
