Disappointed when I would call for someone to come

Customer Service Call -Troubleshoot

Our Customer Service Call to Troubleshoot was satisfactory. After being on hold for what seemed like hours, they were unable to hekp us and we had to make a trip to the store.

Technician help required for remote issues

Techs were puzzled with process. Sometimes taking battery out and replacing was suggested, Having same issues still.

Geeks did not solve my problem
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I asked them to fix the input jumping all over when starting first thing in the morning one of my tv's on roku It would take me at least 5 minutes every morning to get it going They told me that it was a problem with the tv and they couldn't fix it because it was 40 " & I would have to take it into the store. I am 84 years old. When I employed a handyman he fixed it by upgraded it by pushing a button. I am not happy with the Geeks
