    The agent would not open and help me set my Bose 700 surround speaker that I bought at Best Buy. He did troubleshoot my home theater. Now I have to set another appointment, he could have done it while he helped me with the surround system. The open box speakers didn’t come with the special screw driver that I need to set it up . Very disappointed.

    My appointment was 2pm-6pm and the Geek squad guy came at 12:25 left a sorry we missed you note. I took the day off work for this. I immediately drove to best buy where I was instructed to go home and wait wile they contact the technician and send him back. I waited until 7pm and nothing so I drove back to best buy and asked what is going on. I was told that even though my confirmation email from best buy said 2pm-6pm the driver said his order said 9am-2pm and the he is not going back. So I asked the same person that told me to go home and wait why I was not called and notified with this information and he said sorry It's not my job. I informed about 5 or 6 best buy employees that I was not pleased at all and they said a manager will call me and that was weeks ago and nothing. This entertainment setup is over $5000 and it is not working properly. This is not the first time geek squad has left my hanging. I won't be spending any more money at best buy because of the poor customer service. I spent close to $10000 at your store this year and this is the treatment I get.

    Last Time for Best Buy Geek's

    Most everytime I use Best Buy and/or Geek Squad, there is a problem. This time, after waiting 2 weeks for them to install at $1,200 sound bar, Troubles. Geek arrives to install this $1,200.00 system, and tell me I did not get this from Best Buy. I even show him the receipt. He said ANYONE can make a receipt. He has worked there years, and had never seen this item. (It is a 9.2 system. Nine speakers & 2 Sub Woffers.) I am on the phone and he is also. After much discussion, he agreed it was a Best Buy Item. He needed 4 hours to install, and was given 15 minutes. As I live 70 miles from the local store, I would need to call in again and set up a 4 hour appointment. As Best Buy only sends people to my town every 2 weeks, it will be 4 weeks before they have a 4 hour slot open for me. (I do not remember them telling me any of this when I bought it, or paid extra for the install!) After hours on the phone, and one trip to store again in person, was able to have it installed in two weeks. Then, Item did not work. I told geek to get it off the wall and take it back to store. He said NO!!! He did not have a removal ticket or a ticket for return. I am so done with you! Learn customer service. It starts with common sense, and CUSTOMER Support. Telling a customer NO, I do not have a ticket is NOT customer service.
