    Agents came out twice to fix the eharmony remote and LG remote. I am having to use both remotes to get picture and sound.

    Not sure what this review is for. I haven't had any Geek Squad agents out to do any work lately. We had a couple of misses on their appointments.

    They could not fix a connection problem with 1 tv. The other tv worked for awhile, but the Roku remote quit working.

    My appointment was 2pm-6pm and the Geek squad guy came at 12:25 left a sorry we missed you note. I took the day off work for this. I immediately drove to best buy where I was instructed to go home and wait wile they contact the technician and send him back. I waited until 7pm and nothing so I drove back to best buy and asked what is going on. I was told that even though my confirmation email from best buy said 2pm-6pm the driver said his order said 9am-2pm and the he is not going back. So I asked the same person that told me to go home and wait why I was not called and notified with this information and he said sorry It's not my job. I informed about 5 or 6 best buy employees that I was not pleased at all and they said a manager will call me and that was weeks ago and nothing. This entertainment setup is over $5000 and it is not working properly. This is not the first time geek squad has left my hanging. I won't be spending any more money at best buy because of the poor customer service. I spent close to $10000 at your store this year and this is the treatment I get.
