If I could put this at 0 stars I would. This has been the worst experience buying a computer ever. I bought brand new gaming pc from here and it came with a completely defective graphics card and had super outdated software. This company has horrible customer service and was an absolute hassle to try to contact someone who can try to help me resolve my problem and in the end they didn’t even help me at all they just took my information and said have a nice day we will contact you soon. Geek squad I’m sorry but y’all are so useless and I will never be purchasing a product from y’all ever again and I hope everyone who plans to buy from y’all sees this and changes their mind because y’all are an absolute train wreck of a business. DO NOT BUY THE OPEN BOX HP OMEN 30 L IM LEAVING A PICTURE OF WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE

Love the upgrades that Denon has done to its receivers. My 15 year old Denon finally died and Lawerence suggested the modern version. Soooo much easier to use and already comes Bluetooth ready. Love it

These guys are TERRIFIC!!! They originally set up my entire entertainment center and did a great job. For Christmas my wife wanted a turntable set up and once again we used the Geek Squad. We ended up replacing the stylus. With no fault of the Geek Squad messed up the configuration and they sent out help with no questions two more times. They really do a great job and believe in complete customer service. Kudos!!!

My Roku remote with microphone suddenly stopped working. I called the Geek Squad. The Geek had me try everything to get the remote to cooperate to no avail. She scheduled an appointment for a Geek to come to my home. Two Geeks arrived on the scheduled date. I was notified when they were on their way which was extremely helpful. I had purchased a new remote but had trouble pairing it to my Roku t.v. The 2 Geeks that came were kind, polite and efficient. All fixed and ready to use!
