I made this appointment to get help setting up our smart lock, but for some reason, Best Buy had it categorized as Home Theater Troubleshooting Service, and that's what technician, Elvin, expected when he arrived. Nevertheless, he patiently helped us connect our smart lock to our WiFi. It took many tries, but he did it - something my fairly handy husband could not do for weeks. So happy we made the appointment! We were almost ready to throw out 2 expensive smart locks (they were past the return window), but with Elvin's help, we no longer have to.

I actually didn't have my TV mounted by the BB agent. I went in a different direction. A family put up the wall mount and attached the TV.
However, I have taken full advantage over a cost of time by using The Geek Squad & Total Tech when needed.
When my 60" LG 4K TV started acting up, I was more than happy to have already had the service at my finget tips... Don't sleep on the importance of Protection for your items!
You can't go wrong by keeping this service going.

I recently had a Denon receiver installed by the Geek Squad. They (2) came at time promised, and adequately installed it with speakers, etc. (I, they) added an Xfinity Flex streaming device too. However, upon using it later, it was hard to figure all functions. Of course, no written instructions came with receiver, and online was a jumble. They came back upon my request, no charge, and finished setup, and added my 7.1 rear speakers. This was with the extended service and warranty in place, which is also there for my 85" - 1 yr. old Samsung TV.

Agents Carter, Jeff and Miles came to trouble shoot our Nest security system. We could no longer see the images from our two Nest doorbells. They not only fixed this problem, but answered many other questions about this Nest system and an anticipated future purchase and installation of a new state of the art television. All three oof these agents were knowledgeable, personable and courteous. They each deserve recognition for their excellent customer service.

These guys are TERRIFIC!!! They originally set up my entire entertainment center and did a great job. For Christmas my wife wanted a turntable set up and once again we used the Geek Squad. We ended up replacing the stylus. With no fault of the Geek Squad messed up the configuration and they sent out help with no questions two more times. They really do a great job and believe in complete customer service. Kudos!!!

We bought all our TVs, Receiver & Wiifer from Best Buy & they mounted/installed everything. We had a hiccup with our TV/Receiver connecting to the surround sound. Geek Squad Team arrived on time, identified the issue all while explaining everything to a T to us. GREAT service!!
