The Geek Squad people that have come out to our house to work on issues have been very knowledgeable and effective. However, the telephone support lines have been absolutely miserable, unknowledgeable, and have actually lied to me. This week when I took my computer into the store, the person who took my order apparently did not communicate any of the issues that we are supposed to be accomplishing to the people that would be actually working on the computer and it almost cost me all of my data. That would have been disastrous and I explained that to the person that did the intake on the computer. I have recommended Total Tech to a lot of people but I'm now reconsidering my opinion because of the phone line support issues and also this bad experience in the store. I would very much appreciate a call from someone to discuss all of this and to understand if there are plans in the works to rectify any of these situations.

ON 1/6/24 TECH LEFT MY HDMI2 CORD WAS NOT PLUG IN TECH HAD ME PURCHASE A LONGER CORD BUT NOTHING IS INSTALLED BACK IN WALL. CANT WATCH TV. NEED 2 MEN TO INSTALLED CORD BACK INTO THE WALL. THHIS SYSYEM IS ABOUT 6 MONTHS WAS INSTALLED BY BEST BUT. WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR LONGER CORD TO BE INSTALLED PLUS COST OF NEW CORD

after three visits we are not in an improved position. i have gone from 3 to 2 to 4 remotes. all i wanted was improved volume. this was not created. 1st geeker removed volume enhancer i owned only to be replaced by 2nd greeker who removed additional dvd playe second geek sold me on his 2nd visit then i was sold a voltage suppressor. that might have been on the 3rd visit when geek 2 brought geek 3 with him. and so on. i am tired of this.

I requested service to have my universal remote reprogrammed . The person arrived but could not do the remote. I paid extra for that service. The technician was very nice, but problem not resolved.

When I made the appointment, I was told that I needed to be available between 7am and 7pm and that two days before the appointment someone from Geek Squad would call me to give me a shorter window. No one called, until the day of the appointment, and Customer Support called and said their GeekSquad person couldn't make it.
