Geek Squad installed sound bar

shut in elderly gent unhelped by geeks
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.after three visits we are not in an improved position. i have gone from 3 to 2 to 4 remotes. all i wanted was improved volume. this was not created. 1st geeker removed volume enhancer i owned only to be replaced by 2nd greeker who removed additional dvd playe second geek sold me on his 2nd visit then i was sold a voltage suppressor. that might have been on the 3rd visit when geek 2 brought geek 3 with him. and so on. i am tired of this.

Geek Squad failed to resolve my problem

They came out twice with no positive results. I called to request a refund but they insisted on a third visit which also resulted in no progress. The technician stated that there was nothing he could do and said the problem was likely with HULU. I had AT&T out on a computer problem and mentioned my tv issue. He was able to solve the tv issue quickly. The Geek Squad still refuses to give me a refund.
