    So Frustrated with the Squad

    The Geek Squad can't figure out Alexa: Been to my house over a dozen times and finally was advised to purchase 2 newer Alexa's and got hassled on the purchase. They wanted me to sign up for a home theater revision and not what I wanted. Finally 2 weeks later got an install and Still Doesn't work. Can't get anyone to really respond or deal with this simple item.

    Did not complete all the install. Receiver was not programed. Run around..waste of our time Including day off. Poor customer service

    Troubleshooting issues left unresolved.

    This service cause me a headache later. There were damaged items that were not identified during the service. Also, my projector was removed to be turned back in to the store but a part of the projector mount was left in the projector causing a snowball effect trying to get the issue resolved. Still working on troubleshooting unresolved issues to date.

    It was determined to have an issue, but was reset and told if it happened again would be replaced. It happened again ans called best buy first told couldn't find the purchase then told out of warranty. I said i have total tech after 1 hour on hold was told would be contacted in 24-48 hrs. Still waiting.

    Was not able to cancel the trouble shooting. To make the original appointment took at least an hour after being handed off. What you need to do asap; There are two people on my account. Yet you only informed my wife who I added to my account. Your customer service was overall the worst in recent experience. Your customer service rep could not find our account for a half hour despite the fact I recently paid a premium price of $213 dollars to renew my Geek Squad service. Something went very wrong on your side. As mentioned my wife and I both tried to cancel the troubleshooting. This took two weeks. However it was only when a Geek tech guy called that he would stop by the next day that I explained to him the useless customer service at Best Buy / Geek Squad and how they could not identity our account, we could not cancel the service and as always the Geek Squad tech support has to figure this out.

    Geek Squad failed to resolve my problem

    I contacted with the Geek Squad to solve a problem with my tv pausing a lot. They came out twice with no positive results. I called to request a refund but they insisted on a third visit which also resulted in no progress. The technician stated that there was nothing he could do and said the problem was likely with HULU. I had AT&T out on a computer problem and mentioned my tv issue. He was able to solve the tv issue quickly. The Geek Squad still refuses to give me a refund.
