    Geek Squad Canceled My Appointment

    The Geek Squad canceled my original appointment, but I only found out that they had canceled it because I called to check on it after I had waited until the end of the promised service window. Geek Squad should have notified me that my appointment had been canceled because of a something on their end and they should have called me to reschedule instead of just ignoring my appointment.

    We had to have the defective soundbars and woofers uninstalled and returned December 26, 2023. We have not received any monies put on our card or a check in the mail as of today January 3, 2024. 1-800 number has been useless in helping numerous times, so came back to the Owasso store for reason. Also, the person who had set up original install removed our address, billing address for all purchases and put in install address as our address. We notified the cashier/store person to be sure and not do that because we cannot receive mail to the physical address being a small town, And it has happened in previous purchases so we were aware it can happen and again it did, still no refund.

    Laptip over heating issue

    Turned in laptop and it was not fixed for the intended issue which was not documented. When returned the 2nd person who helped us made sure it had the issue correctly.

    Geek squad did not repair my TV

    Agent came to diagnose problems with TV. Agent said TV needed to have the mother board replaced and would come back a few days later. Was called and told technician would not come. We told him to come back in,June as we moved to FL for the winter.

    Got everything working,but still get my tv doesn't support 4K content. You're watching it in 1080p, the highest resolution available! Tech needs to come back an resolve.

    Plugs for lamps

    Agent did not connect any tv. He was here for garage link to connected and power link connect to the lamp . I have never got charge for these little things,I am very disappointed.I was charged two hundreds dollarsI made 25 of my friends to total team now I will not do it

    Service was performed 1/13/23. Issue was to help get currently working Nest thermostats added to the Google Home app so I could control them remotely. This did not happen. What did happen was he performed a factory reset, which rendered the thermostats unworkable, getting a message that the C wire was not receiving power. He said I would need an electrician to check that out. So I was without heat for a day until the electrician came. There was nothing wrong with the C wire. But electrician was also unable to get the thermostats on line. We ended up having electrician install 3 Honeywell thermostats at a cost of $150.00 as well as a service charge of $185 from the electrician.

    The techs that came out recommended that I needed a new receiver for the new Sony TV that I bought, when in reality I did not need a new Sony receiver at all. The old receiver works just fine !! Was not happy about that!! I would recommend the Geek squad - but not their new purchase suggestion

    Waste of my time. Showed up alone so he couldn't trouble shoot my TV because he couldn't get it off the wall alone. Expecting a refund.

    My Tv was mounted 4years ago. My service call was to check my Settings on my Tv, amp, blue ray player etc.
