    Lack of customer care is the whole reason we did not renew are membership!! My home theatre system went out right around a year after purchase!! I called the local store and was informed to bring it ack to them and it would be exchanged!! When i arrived after packing all of the components up i took it down there when there whole attitude changed, why i was told i didn't renew my membership!! When we bought three systems at the same time i was told my membership will renew at the end automatically by debiting my account! So they said it was my problem lol. Great service we were 2 weeks past our subscription renewal. Bottom line if you don't have there membership your just out of luck. talk abut poor customer service. I will never buy from this company ever again!!

    Horrible experience. ZERO STARS. Best Buy has cancelled my service without my knowledge twice on the day of service. I can’t get any answers. I got no call from the rep. I’m on my 4th appointment in 3 weeks. I’m at the point where I’m not in the mood for calling a number and providing my phone number, address or writing an order number. What’s the point if my calls have been cancelled by the system. I have no faith at this point. I need to talk to a real person.

    This agent was called to make my insignia headphones work with my tv. He did an operation which had them working for a minute, but I told him I had tried that before, and they stopped working after a few minutes. He said he couldn’t wait around to see if that happened. I had bought a new set of headphones, and he told. E if old ones stopped working, just replace them with new ones. Approximately 5 minutes after he left, they stopped working. On my own, I replaced old ones with new pair and they worked. Obviously, something stopped working and was defective in the old pair. The Geek squad visit was worthless as I e ded up fixing the problem myself. I believe I am entitled to a refund. Visit was worthless

    The agents were very kind but did not fix the problem. They were going to call me in a few day to set up another appointment to bring a part but never did. That is the last I have hear. I would still like to get my head phone attached to my TV fix. I bought everything from you.

    I wish they would have got all functions of stereo functioning and completed the install. I would have paid for any additional costs

    NEEDS TO UPGRADE BY SCREWING IN DEVICE

    I purchase this item and hooked it myself. it worked okay but has one major flaw! the rubber unit that you use to control keep falling off the device. I have had to replace it. thank goodness i bought a warranty. In less than a month it come lose on the new device.

    My TV screen flashes and does not function properly. I researched this specific issue personally and found it was a motherboard issue. The motherboard for this TV is 25$ online. I called geeksquad over to see if this is something they can do. I was informed I would have to pay for a diagnostic, the parts and labor. I was also informed it would cost more than buying a new TV. I found this insane considering I can install it myself for free and buy the part for 25$. This is odd to me since I pay for the yearly bestbuy membership and thought it would cover something like this. The team made it sound like it would be a very hard thing to do and eh just buy a new TV.

    Needec diagnostic done on my tv and they sent an installer instead. Very nice guys. Thankfully he used to diagnostics. Sent part order to proper person. Got an appointment 3 days later just to have it canceled for no reason. Got another appointment text for a few day after the canceled appointment. Wouldn't you know, they were sendibg a technician to a whole different city. So canceled again. Now about 10 day in i get a call saying my part was being ordered but not sure if it would come. Next appointment is a little past 1 month from the first appointment. So many miscommunication with one another. Well, their just not sharing with one amother at all. Very disappointed, this is not the best buy i remember.

    Frustration Booking Appts

    It took 45 mins. to get an appt - transferred 4 times. When Geek Squad arrived, they were helpful. But they could only do 1 thing. Additional assistance required a 2nd appt and another surcharge. Didn’t feel like taking another hour out of my day to book a second appt. and pay the additional cost.

    Dryer deliver early. Did not have hose to connect water line. Did not reverse the door to open the way we wanted.

    Had 2 appointments and neither one did what they were supposed to! First call they said person had 2 flat tires and couldn’t come. They called and He said based on light that internet issues were Xfinity and not related to our mesh system that Best Buy installed. He told me “Javon” would be out first thing in morning to take care of issues with our cameras not working. Guy came out, thought he was doing internet stuff and had no knowledge of cameras! He tried and it didn’t work. Took pictures and said he’d have another more specific person come because not his specialty. Heard nothing. Called following week. No records at all and wouldn’t be able to fit me in before the holidays. Which didn’t help! Never heard another word. Asked to have store manager call. Nothing!!!

    I called to ask if I could a diagnosis on my audio component. Person on the phone made an appointment to bring the subwoofer into the local Best Buy for diagnosis. When I got to store, GS agent told me they don’t trouble shoot at store and to make an in home appointment. I was a given an 8 hour window for appointment. I called the night before to get an approximate time of the service team and was told by the phone agent she wasn’t sure who was coming and if they would be able to troubleshoot. She started going into extra details that I didn’t care about. Not the best attitude from her. When tech showed up at home, they looked confused and said they didn’t have a way to troubleshoot my sub. Complete waste of hours of my time.
