I previously reviewed the Geek squad visit. Basically thought the visit was a waste of time and the people you sent were not experienced enough with my issue and gave them a bad review. I also thought I was being charged for the visit but I found out that wasn't the case. The main tech performed a factory reset of my google mesh network. I thought this was so basic at the time and was angry. Well, several weeks later, it appears that the reset totally resolved my wi-fi network stability. I am sorry I reacted to what seemed like incompetence. So I take back all that I said in the last review.

He was so helpful with connecting the tv to Direct TV. He was quick and knew exactly what to do.

agent came in changed plug position in rear tv ,sound bar said sound bar problem. had no sound. yesterday 9/1/2025 I relocated rear plug to another position sound bar now working . All that after i was refused credit to purchase new sound bar . strange the way it all worked out. some one looking out Just saying.

The Geek Squad Agent came to my home to get the internet back on my TV. He taught me how to trouble shoot in case it happened again. He got my internet going in a timely manner. I’m very pleased with his expertise and professionalism.

I asked the geek squad to come out and install my new Sony TV. Dave from the geek squad and his two other helpers did a great job with installation of the TV and the sound bar. I can’t thank them enough they did a great job for me. Thanks again Dave .
