Very disappointed will not renew w Geek squad

Last year i had an issue worh my TV. Geek Squad replaced the board. Exactly a year later the TV went out. Someone came i explained problem he said someone else has to come to tepairs. He said i will be contacted for appointment. No ome conntacted me. I called and explained someone else is supposedcto come to repair tv. They made another appointment. I had to wait another week for someone to come. The next person came did absolutely nothing and said it’s same problem as last year i have to pay rto repair it again i told them I’m not spwnding another 20.00 to repair. Hje said someone will get back to me. No one got back to me. It has neen at least 3 weeks and no results. Very disappointed

Poor Tech Service

I keep call them and texting them and I never get a reply Very frustrating that they can't provide service and resolve the issue with my #3000 TV.

No one answers the phone at the Commack location!

The Geek Squad came to my house (Matt) and didn’t know what was wrong with my Sonos. He offered several possibilities. I was charged $54 and Matt had no idea what could be the problem with my Sonos. He didn’t take any notes on his visit. I went to the store and spoke to Matteo and Vinny, the manager, and they gave me my $54 back and arranged for. Andrew to come to my house to fix the problem. The day before Andrew was supposed to come the appointment was cancelled. I had to go back to the store because no one answers the phone and was told the volume controllers were still not in. This was 5 days after they were ordered. Customer service was horrible and the staff is not knowledgeable at all. I ended up canceling my order from frustration and am going to PC Richard!! I told both managers at the Commack location, James and Vinny, that no one answers the phone and they both shrugged off the problem. It’s not their fault! I will never go to Best Buy again!

Phone system is a true mess!

Why doesn't your local store except phone calls. Was transferred to another country. One agent told me to go down to the store when I was in another state dealing with my emergency. Your phone system will damage your business.

Elite Harmony remote issue

The volume and mute have not consistently worked since the day I bought it. I paid too much for this device to have this kind of trouble.

Sound bar/tv check up

The sound bar is still acting up the same way!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.you seriously want my review..well lets see I bought a 75 inch TV for 2000 in June its never worked , here it is August and still sitting on my wall ..It was suppose to be picked up over a month ago but yr guys failed to bring any tools or padding to protect it so they left it and another 2 weeks I had to wait for next appointment in which no one showed up that was July 20th .Here we are in August still it sits broken on my wall...The so called 200 dollar guarantee whatever isnt worth the paper its written on... This has got to be the worst transaction Ive ever been involved in...I could go on and on...

Still no sound using LG remote with LG TV.

Showed me how to get music outside and need for new speakers. Could not fix loss of sound somewhere between remote and tv, both being LG and both bought at Best Buy.

Poor customer service

I asked if it could therefore be rescheduled for the 14th, 20th or 21st and was told all of those were full. I wanted the work done before Thanksgiving and that is not happening. You cancelled me!!!! Poor service.

NOT A HAPPY CAMPER

Trying to get Best Buy to repair it was like pulling teeth from a rabid Bobcat. A manager finally conceded to sending a tech out after I complained enough. The tech told me what to do as he would enter the info into Best Buy service data base,. So I did, then the manager at the New Braunfels store told my I was just out of luck that he would not do anything to help, Just call LG he told me...so here I am 6 weeks later, still not fixed but at least LG is honoring their warranty and cares about their customers, unlike that very rude asst store manager at New Braunfels

GEEK SQUAD SAID IS TV BOX, BUT THE OTHER SOUND BAR WORKING. COMCAST CAME AND CHANGE THE BOX BUT THE SOUND BOX NOT WORKING. I DISCONTINUED MY MEMBER SHIP.

Service did not take care of what i needed

However, when he told me had to pay $127 for the service i was shocked because I thought it was covered with my total tech contract. Since I could not do what I wanted to do with the service I want my money returned. I have canceled my total tech service and will not be buying from Best Buy anymore it is sad because I have enjoyed it for the most part. The changes your company is making are definitely not for customers. You evidently don’t have any concerns except the bottom line. I feel your company is heading for bankruptcy if you don’t take care of your customers.
