    Phone system is a true mess!

    I had to cancel my delivery date because of an emergency. What a mess. Why doesn't your local store except phone calls. Was transferred to another country. One agent told me to go down to the store when I was in another state dealing with my emergency. Your phone system will damage your business.

    Elite Harmony remote issue

    The agents fixed the issue with the Elite Harmony remote. However, the remote continues to dysfunction. The volume and mute have not consistently worked since the day I bought it. I paid too much for this device to have this kind of trouble.

    I have had 3 different geek squad techs come out to fix my issue and the issue is still not resolved. I keep call them and texting them and I never get a reply Very frustrating that they can't provide service and resolve the issue with my #3000 TV.

    I had an appointment for Nov. 13th and was called on the 10th and told that the technican was unavailable on the 13th. I asked if it could therefore be rescheduled for the 14th, 20th or 21st and was told all of those were full. I wanted the work done before Thanksgiving and that is not happening. You cancelled me!!!! Poor service.

    Still no sound using LG remote with LG TV.

    Came to trouble shoot remote and getting sound out to patio. Showed me how to get music outside and need for new speakers. Could not fix loss of sound somewhere between remote and tv, both being LG and both bought at Best Buy.

    you seriously want my review..well lets see I bought a 75 inch TV for 2000 in June its never worked , here it is August and still sitting on my wall ..It was suppose to be picked up over a month ago but yr guys failed to bring any tools or padding to protect it so they left it and another 2 weeks I had to wait for next appointment in which no one showed up that was July 20th .Here we are in August still it sits broken on my wall...The so called 200 dollar guarantee whatever isnt worth the paper its written on... This has got to be the worst transaction Ive ever been involved in...I could go on and on...

    YES, BUT ONE SOUND BAR NOT WORKING, GEEK SQUAD CAME THREE TIMES AND THE PROBLEM IS REFURFACING. GEEK SQUAD SAID IS TV BOX, BUT THE OTHER SOUND BAR WORKING. COMCAST CAME AND CHANGE THE BOX BUT THE SOUND BOX NOT WORKING. I DISCONTINUED MY MEMBER SHIP.

    I am very disappointed with Best Buy Totaltech Membership. I purchased a Denon receiver with along with multiple home theater products. The receiver is defective. This is still under warranty only 3 months old. Best Buy will not help. I scheduled a repair appointment for in store service and brought in my receiver. Long story short is Best Buy told me "we can not help you, you must send this back to Denon directly". What.... So I paid $ 180.00 to send out my equipment all the way across the country and nothing is happening. Denon support is just as bad as Best Buy. Be cautious of this expensive Totaltech membership you get absolutely ZERO help. I have been without my receiver for a month now. All I wanted was a replacement product and life would be good.

    My 65 ULED LG tv went on the fritz 3 months after purchase. Trying to get Best Buy to repair it was like pulling teeth from a rabid Bobcat. A manager finally conceded to sending a tech out after I complained enough. The tech told me what to do as he would enter the info into Best Buy service data base,. So I did, then the manager at the New Braunfels store told my I was just out of luck that he would not do anything to help, Just call LG he told me...so here I am 6 weeks later, still not fixed but at least LG is honoring their warranty and cares about their customers, unlike that very rude asst store manager at New Braunfels

    Still not working right. Geek squad has been out 5 times now. Will be back in January It seems like inside sakes and outside squad do not talk to each other or link back with the customer. I called the 800 number several times and was sent directly to the store but was place on hold and no one at the store ever picked up the call. Also the third party vendors do not currently have the training to install and troubleshoot the equipment so that it works. Nice guys...just have not clue about how the equipment is suppose to be installed and work. The crews need to have an electrician that travels with them
