Poor service

If it was about scheduling them that was fine because the sale associate set it up although I wasn’t happy being charged twice

Geek squad tech did not fix TV problems

No follow up

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I set up a Geek Squad appointment to have my surround sound fixed as it stopped working less than. 2 weeks after we had it installed. A repair man came, told me he needed more parts and then left. No one has called back or come back to fix the surround sound since. And we are paying for Total Tech membership. Very disappointing to say the least

Projector trouble shoot

It was working fine until the tech changed the bulb. Everytime I call Best Buy I get bounced around to different departments. No one can help the resolve the matter. I have had several appointment for a tech to come to my but they all get canceled the day of. Totally unprofessional !!!!

Visit with no solution, but only an observation

He was prompt and courteous but the results speak for themselves and I should not have been charged for this "service." I am disappointed with the TV.

Disappointed issue not resolved

I have to take my projector to the store even though I purchased the insurance for the tech to do home visits, but the te g that came ti my home was very nice and polite. He tried to assist the best he could under the circumstances.

Had to drive to store to drop off projector that geek squad took down, what a joke they could have taken the unit with them . Overall it has worked out but the headaches out did the reward.

Terrible Customer Support

The woman I talk to somewhere in Central America was basically unintelligible on what she was saying in garbled English. It was a joke. She would talk to me for 35 to 40 seconds and then put me on hold for a minute to talk to someone.

bad follow up

Tech ordered the part needed to fix the problem, I received the part, texted the tech as instructed and said he was overbooked and would not be able to do the repair. dead silence since then with two additional contacts since then. This part of your System is broken. Your answer will be that we are short of staff. This is a new washer. Want it back?

Problem not identified, or fixed.

All were given remote access. All were unable identify why my computer turns itself on. Each did some changing and stated that they thought the problem was fixed. None of the agents followed up to find out the problem remains. I got disconnected from one agent, who had just confirmed my phone number, and he never called me back. It appears that these people from another time zone are not qualified and do not have the courtesy to offer a course of action to fix the problem.
