The Geek had me try everything to get the remote to cooperate to no avail. She scheduled an appointment for a Geek to come to my home. Two Geeks arrived on the scheduled date. I was notified when they were on their way which was extremely helpful. I had purchased a new remote but had trouble pairing it to my Roku t.v. The 2 Geeks that came were kind, polite and efficient. All fixed and ready to use!

LOVE THE GEEKS
