    Home theater system still does not work properly. Bought system from Best Buy and was installed by Best Buy. When we switched from Dish TV to Spectrum Cable the sound system quit working. We have attempted to contact the technician (George) but he has not returned our call. At this point it appears we have paid for a $100.00 service call that accomplished nothing. Live and learn.

    Couldn't fix my problem. Told me to call Sony, After I called Sony the issue was super simple to correct, something the Geek Squad should have been able to do. Then had a chat conversation with Geek Squad and was told they would call back in2 or 3 day, and never got a call from them regarding a different issue.

    What I wanted was speakers to amplify tv sound, $1,500 later and statements made by the salesman that this sound bar system would be perfect. The speakers only amplify background noise, why would I need that!! Two tech visits later, absolutely NO improvement, NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$

    Technicians worked hard but couldn't fix

    Had four five technicians come to the home to remedy the problem. They all worked hard then the best they could do Camden conclusion that the TV and the tuner can't communicate. Don't know how to fix it. Meanwhile, I'm stuck with entertainment system that doesn't work

    Trouble syncing the Sonos speakers

    Agent tried to trouble shoot over phone. Didnt work. Had to set up a Geek Squad visit. Notified by text to be available to meet tech between 8 and 12 pm. No one showed up. I called at 1:30 pm. Agent on phone said a Tech would call me. 20 minutes later my appt was cancelled. Still no contact from Geek Squad.

    Arranged appointment. Personnel that called to confirm said that he did not have equipment to analyze problem. Said another person would be assigned and reach out within hours to confirm their visit to my home. No one called until 4 days later. I was out of town and could not reschedule.

    No solution after two visits. Ask for a consult with Best Buy and obviously there was no follow up from the last survey. Best Buy is getting worse as a company in most every phase particularly the Geek Squad. Don’t send any more surveys. They don’t help service and are certainly not followed up. You guys are very bad at your job expertise..:

    Geek Squad Squanders its Own Bottom Line

    Twice I have called the Geek Squad with questions, and they have insisted upon sending out a truck full of gear and two employees to answer a question that could have been answered over the phone in about 18 seconds. Inefficiency and high overhead like this makes for a terrible business model.

    The problem with my soundbar is still occurring after the Geek Squad visit. I left messages for the technical agent, as well as his boss, and did not receive a response so I called the Geek Squad toll free number and they told me that they provided feedback internally. It's been 2 weeks and still no follow up. Very disappointed.

    You must be joking. You required payment up front. Then you schedule an appointment. I was home all day and the person never showed up. The report was and probably still is they are in transit. I am still waiting for the service i ordered and paid for a month ago. No schedule the appointment for the service I paid for

    I cancelled this appointment ahead of time. I needed Comcast to fix a number of things here. Thank you. Since I didn't receive service I tried to submit without a rating, but the system forces me to make a choice. The rating has nothing to do with any technologist but I didn't know what to do. Thank you.

    This was my third service call with a Geek Squad person, two calls with the TCL tech and no one was able to figure out why my sound bar works when it wants to and can't get the lips to match the actual audio. Had a new TCL TV installed, and made it worse. To add salt to the wound, TCL decided to do an update and the sound bar volume numbers were taken away.

    This is frustrating because the right person was NOT sent out for correction! The young man was very nice but said Magnolia would have to do repair! The next one sent was NOT (again) from Magnolia and could not help. I was supposed to hear from Magnolia, but to date, have not! I’m very unhappy!
