    I cancelled this appointment ahead of time. I needed Comcast to fix a number of things here. Thank you. Since I didn't receive service I tried to submit without a rating, but the system forces me to make a choice. The rating has nothing to do with any technologist but I didn't know what to do. Thank you.

    This is frustrating because the right person was NOT sent out for correction! The young man was very nice but said Magnolia would have to do repair! The next one sent was NOT (again) from Magnolia and could not help. I was supposed to hear from Magnolia, but to date, have not! I’m very unhappy!

    Call center needs help!!!

    The call center disconnected me on 3 of my my 4 calls. They did not call me back. I spent almost 4 hours on hold and retelling my issue to each representative. I started about 10:30 AM and finally after 6:00 PM. I spoke to DANIEL PINTO. He listened and was able to set up 2 appointments for me.

    I have no complaints with your service people they were prompt friendly and thorough. I was having issues with my theater system which I purchased at Best Buy and was installed by the geek squad. ($10,000). My complaint is the system is still not working. I am having ongoing problems with my audio and external speakers and am frustrated that I spent extra money for a top receiver television and speakers only to get less quality than I had with my $1500 system.

    They were to order a cd player and send back someone to install and reconfigure my Sonas remote control. There was no followup. When I scheduled the service I said send someone who can configure a sonas control. They didnt know sonas. I just called Geek Squad to see what happened. Again, nothing happened.

    Technician visiting our home was very good, however I am still waiting for Geek Squad/Best Buy to rectify the problem...it has been 3-1/2 week. Emailed, phoned and visited the store and still nothing. Will be dropping my Total Tech (for the 2nd time) at the end of the month. Customer service should be a priority!

    The troubleshooting visit has created a new problem. I will need to go back in to Best Buy and request another Geek Squad visit. I believe I should not have to pay for this second visit.

    They were impossible to deal with on the phone They sent out a tech person who had no idea what to do. I had to call again to get a tech person here for what my problem was. The problem was never solved. I tried to take of this problem for about three weeks. The problem was never fixed.

    We had an appointment on July 27 between 3:30 and 7:30pm with the Geek Squad. They never showed up so we didn't get the diagnostic we were expecting. What's up with that???

    I've made multiple calls and had a tech visit my home. Unfortunately, I am still no closer to using the system than when I began. It seems no one knows how to fix it or is unwilling to put in the time to investigate.

    So I bought a Sonos Ray and Roku TV from Best Buy. Hooked them up to discover the TV remote was not compatible with the Ray. Geek Squad came out and couldn’t get it to work, but said they would send me a compatible remote. That was six weeks ago……

    Waste of money. They came and said they don’t know what is wrong and can’t do anything to fix it. They also don’t change bulbs in projectors which is one of the reasons I had them come in the first place. The customer service person advised they could do that service.

    Was told tech would arrive between 12PM and 8PM. Waited all day and the person never showed up, or called. Now have to wait until August 31st. Have had service in the past which was good, but this is totally unacceptable. I was told that they could not get in touch with him. Doesn't everyone carry a phone today...especially an employee??????

    Geek squad installed wrong tv

    To this day has not worked. Started out by installing the wrong tv. When correct t. Installed the pronlem was att. Att checked out said wss wired backwards. When geekaquad solved this tv works approx 30 minutes then gives a blue screen and says check connection.
