    We had an appointment on July 27 between 3:30 and 7:30pm with the Geek Squad. They never showed up so we didn't get the diagnostic we were expecting. What's up with that???

    Was told tech would arrive between 12PM and 8PM. Waited all day and the person never showed up, or called. Now have to wait until August 31st. Have had service in the past which was good, but this is totally unacceptable. I was told that they could not get in touch with him. Doesn't everyone carry a phone today...especially an employee??????

    Harmony Remote only works sometimes

    The agent said our remote signal was not working properly because a cabinet door was in the way. I removed the cabinet door and it still only works sometimes. I believe it's still the Harmony device. Please have the Geek Squad come back and get this repaired!

    The troubleshooting visit has created a new problem. I will need to go back in to Best Buy and request another Geek Squad visit. I believe I should not have to pay for this second visit.

    Made initial appointment for home theatre issue that was scheduled out close to a month. BB called back said Geek Squad person can’t make appointment. Rescheduled for another appointment that was another 3 weeks out. Got call to reschedule a 3rd time. Told them to forget it. Terrible service.

    They thought they fixed my tv. It quit working before they were half way up my drive. I was charged $103 for nothing. I had to get on phone with direct tv for about 2 hours to get tv to get picture. Usually Geek Squad is very good.

    Geek squad saved me from hackers!

    Unfortunately, after working with the manufacturer of the tv, discovered there was no saving it. But the Geek squad online help saved me from some serious hackers on my computer. I’m so grateful to be a member of the Total Care program. Great to have them watching my back.

    The guy was more interested in selling me a TV that I do not need.Ask him to reconnect me with the Internet.Started changing cables,telling me Fire stick way to go.NOW everything is channeled thru this device.THIS IS NOT WHAT I ASK FOR.dID NOT COMPLETE THE JOB.

    I had to hire another computer company to fix what your company screwed up. I’m down $620 at this point. Home theater still not working n must hire home theater company to fix what you screwed up there

    They said to stay by the phone and wait for someone to call me back. A week went by. No call. I called again they said sorry. No appointments!

    Geek squad installed wrong tv

    To this day has not worked. Started out by installing the wrong tv. When correct t. Installed the pronlem was att. Att checked out said wss wired backwards. When geekaquad solved this tv works approx 30 minutes then gives a blue screen and says check connection.

    Unhappy with svc from the Geek Squad

    The Geek Squad came to my home to help with my entertainment center. They were obviously in a rush. They were not able to connect my smart tv to smart tv channels like netflex. I also had a bose sound system that had disconnected itself. they got it connected and once they left it disconnected itself again, and still does not work. This was a waste of $99.00. I will not contact the Geek Squad again to help with any electronics in my home.

    The Geek Squad is not reliable. All they did was to find reasons not to honor total tech. My TV should have been replaced but they would not do it. Still don't understand why but this has led me to stop buying anything from Best Buy evet again

    This service was supposed to help me move my 75" tv that was mounted by best buy a foot away from center and they took my owners manual and installation booklet so i don't know how to adjust it. Only one person showed up and did nothing because he said it was a 2 man job and then closed my service request.

    I was very upset with the previous technician drilled holes and my speakers sweated on my speakers. Who is gonna pay for that? I should get. A big gift card for that. Were the stress I went through and nightmares? I paid a lot of money for those speakers. And they still didn't hook enough right.
