    LG sound bar intermittent speaker failure

    LG 5.1.2 sound bar rear speakers turing off and on . Geek squad couldn't produce the issue of intermittent sound...sucks because I still have a sound bar worth $600 that is 5 months old and doesn't work properly..sucks don't purchase this sound bar.

    I was sold a home troubleshooting visit when the store couldn't figure out the issue with my soundbar. I went home and fixed the issue myself, and immediately canceled the home visit. Weeks later and the refund still has not been processed.

    These guys had no idea what they were doing. Problem still exists. The system was purchased at Best buy and we were told that it would all work. After several months and several tecs showing up the system which we paid a fortune for still is not working and we can no longer return the system.

    The agents set up a Wi-Fi network that turns OFF randomly Absolutely not satisfied with your service!!!!!

    Sorry but the Geek Squad was unable to get my new smart tv working when they came. He said that the trouble was with Verizon, Comquest or whoever owns them. I had no WiFi available on the new TV so for a good month. I could not watch YouTube and the like. Things got worse when I called Comquest - couldn't talk to a real person.

    Geek Squad could not fix problems

    Initial Geek Squad member was supposed to get Magnolia to reach out to fix the problem. No follow up despite several calls. Also for second visit confirmed the night before With geek squad that someone with knowledge of programming in Control4 would be here and when they arrived they had no knowledge of Control4. Complete waste of time.

    Agent was awesome, but he told me there was no reason for him to be there due to my issue. Store did not listen and pushed me to Geek Squad instead of that care of the issue in store. Followed up with the Store Manager and he did not want to help or look into the situation and just told me basically to bad, my problem.

    My LG TV sucks and does not work how it is supposed to because of a hardware issue and software. My TV does not work how it should and Best Buy geek squad rigged it up to work for now. With wires instead of connecting it wirelessly to the Wi-Fi. The TV is only one year old.

    This service was never ordered as i have no home theater system. Service rep kept repeating my home theater system and would not correct the type of service. I told him to cancel. Again, i would like any charges to my credit card be cancelled.

    A no show. Was advised all day until the evening that they were on their way. No calls; no nothing from the tech. Absolutely unacceptable and a waste of my time which I intend to get compensated for.

    I paid extra so that when i had a problem, someone would come out and get it fixed. This was a waste of my time in every aspect and the problem was not solved. failure to execute

    Geek Squad at the house 6/18/2022. Could not fix the problem. I was told I needed a new Xfinity box. That was not true. I got a new box but the same problem existed. Could not pair the audio device to the Xfinity remote. As the problem was not corrected by the Geek Squad I should not have to pay. Please refund my 99.00

    Best Buy has the worst customer service in the history of customer service. Every order I have placed has been met with some sort of trouble that Best Buy refuses to take responsibility for and only blames someone else. I will never buy from the company again

    the agent hooked up my TV and told me I needed a new cable box, I called my cable service provider and scheduled an appointment to have a cable installed. I was told I had the newest cable box, the problem was the Geek squad tech did not turn the connection for the TV to connect to the internet to install the channels.

    The technician that came to my house, I think his name was Matt, was very professional and courteous. All of my other dealings with store and staff was very disappointing and I will not be purchasing anything from Best Buy in the future.
