    The issue has not been resolved. It has been over few months. Despite constant follow up and following subsequent instructions, ridiculous service and total lack of customer care.

    I cannot stand Best Buy. We paid around 3,000:00 dollars st a 75” Sony TV. Had the total tech package and you said it was NOT under warranty, . We will never ever buy a single item from Best Buy.

    Technician never showed up. Canceled the appointment without informing me . I sat home from 7am-7pm and no one showed up. Very upset and wondering why I have the total protect plan.

    This did not go well, although the agent on the phone did everything possible to resolve the question. The question was, “where is the SN for my LG range so I can register it?” The delivery folks should have shown me where it is hidden.

    They Told Me Something I Already Knew

    The sales rep was insistent that I do a service call on the TV. I said I knew what was wrong with it, but she said they needed to 'evaluate' it. So they come and tell me the screen is shot, and that since my TV is no longer under warranty, it's basically junk. I didn't need to spend $50 for something i already knew. Useless.

    The agent never showed up on Jan. 17, 2023! Sent an email saying he would be here shortly and I never heard from him again. In fact, I never heard from anyone, including Best Buy or Geek Squad.

    Multiple unnecessary holes punched in my wall trying to get the mounting bracket level. Tv doesn’t hang where we asked for it to be hung.

    Was charged for this after a botched/ failed installation. Unwarranted charge and I was not even notified I would be charged. I simply needed my installation to be completed.

    the agent did nothing, did not speak coherent English, went around and around without explaining anything, was totally useless. Will not call the help desk again. Very disappointed in Best Buy and the Geek squad.

    I had been dealing with an issue with my tv for over two months. I’ve done the troubleshooting, had technicians come out, and still received conflicting information. Very disappointed.

    I was stiod up by the gerk squad twice now. 2 xs they failed to show up to do an installation of a nest camera. I called 2xs andbit was elevated ip the chain but no shows and no call from Chris.

    We did not purchase the three year anti-virus program nor will we pay for it. lThis is the third attempt on my part to cancel the order. We have purchased a one year of Geek Squad service for TVs and other items.

    the items still do not work unfortunately. I am at the point where i would like to return. ridiculous to spend this amount of money and have to take the time over and over again to troubleshoot.

    Third party. MasterTech came to hookup a sound bar. My cable wouldn’t connect so John set up hotspot on iPhone to watch Sounders game. Stopped working when he left.

    Totally Dissatisfied. Geek squad delivered and installed a Sonos Amp. Doesn't work. Calls and emails complaining are not returned. My next communication will be with the CEO of Best Buy
