The sales rep was insistent that I do a service call on the TV. I said I knew what was wrong with it, but she said they needed to 'evaluate' it. So they come and tell me the screen is shot, and that since my TV is no longer under warranty, it's basically junk. I didn't need to spend $50 for something i already knew. Useless.

This did not go well, although the agent on the phone did everything possible to resolve the question. The question was, “where is the SN for my LG range so I can register it?” The delivery folks should have shown me where it is hidden.

Was charged for this after a botched/ failed installation. Unwarranted charge and I was not even notified I would be charged. I simply needed my installation to be completed.

I cannot stand Best Buy. We paid around 3,000:00 dollars st a 75” Sony TV. Had the total tech package and you said it was NOT under warranty, . We will never ever buy a single item from Best Buy.

The issue has not been resolved. It has been over few months. Despite constant follow up and following subsequent instructions, ridiculous service and total lack of customer care.

Technician never showed up. Canceled the appointment without informing me . I sat home from 7am-7pm and no one showed up. Very upset and wondering why I have the total protect plan.

I had been dealing with an issue with my tv for over two months. I’ve done the troubleshooting, had technicians come out, and still received conflicting information. Very disappointed.

The agent never showed up on Jan. 17, 2023! Sent an email saying he would be here shortly and I never heard from him again. In fact, I never heard from anyone, including Best Buy or Geek Squad.

the agent did nothing, did not speak coherent English, went around and around without explaining anything, was totally useless. Will not call the help desk again. Very disappointed in Best Buy and the Geek squad.

We did not purchase the three year anti-virus program nor will we pay for it. lThis is the third attempt on my part to cancel the order. We have purchased a one year of Geek Squad service for TVs and other items.

The surround sound theater system they installed worked for a week, then stopped working and I can't get through for Tech Support.

I was stiod up by the gerk squad twice now. 2 xs they failed to show up to do an installation of a nest camera. I called 2xs andbit was elevated ip the chain but no shows and no call from Chris.

Both a salesman and an installer visited our facility to offer recommendations for a laptop and a projector. It's now been 3 months and we've received nothing. We've visited the store, left messages, and still nothing. Apparently doing business with a church was not a top priority. We'll be taking our business elsewhere.

Your window to service my tv in home is way to long. Can’t wait more than several hours for your service. People have to work

Spent an hour trying to fix the issue I was having and couldn’t fix it. Then said the equipment would not do the job. By the way I bought lg oled tv, sound bar and DVD player as a set that was all sold as a set and hooked up exactly as specified. should all be compatible. $4000.00 it should work as promised. NOT HAPPY

Multiple unnecessary holes punched in my wall trying to get the mounting bracket level. Tv doesn’t hang where we asked for it to be hung.

I've brought my Surface 6 in for repairs at least 8 times since Halloween. It has never worked properly since: just the problem is different.

Horrible and horrified! This third-party company who was hired to assist Geek squad Best Buy needs to loose their contract

the items still do not work unfortunately. I am at the point where i would like to return. ridiculous to spend this amount of money and have to take the time over and over again to troubleshoot.
