    They have been out 2 times and still have not repaired the problem. I have sent and email 3 days ago and they have not responded. I am actively looking into other alternatives. The Geek Squad needs to find competent people

    If you got to send a tech to troubleshoot a tv remote instead of just replacing it due batteries always get drained its not worth the totat tech plan with best buy

    Although I received a telephone call and email confirming the appointment, tgey never shiwed up. Didn't hear a word from them the day of the appointment. Stood up!@

    The geek squad tech misdiagnosed the problem, said my remote was unfixable when it wasn’t. I manage later to reboot and fix the remote, no thanks to geek squad.

    They didn't fix anything ONLY looked at my hotspot model and told me it was a hotspot and I needed internet. So I feel like they only took my money!

    Our air conditioner did not work after so we thought it was the unit. We called the air conditioner repair man and it was the thermostat.

    If you're talking about the 5/9/22 visit by a Geek Squad person,then I'll tell you it was an unpleasant encounter. Not sure I'll continue my warranty service next year.

    i have not used Geek squad. only one male person called who said he wasn't qualified to work on my 65 in samsung curve TV, but he would have someone else to call me

    It was bad. Noone helped resolved the issue. Noone and included the manager solved the issue at this location. It was terrible customer service there

    Why should I be charged to troubleshoot the Geek Squad's repair of my 78" TV, when the repair was performed 3 weeks prior? Why should I have to spend an hour on the phone to have incorrect or unwarranted service arrangements rescheduled?

    Geek Squad has been a huge letdown. Not even doing what needs to be done let alone, "going the extra mile". I paid extra for this service!! Never again.
