      While we wish you were coming to us with happier news, we're glad you took the time to share this with us. Having a product require troubleshooting is never ideal, but our goal is to make that experience easier. That said, sometimes troubleshooting isn't the right move.     The Geek Squad at Best Buy has given us excellent service over the past several years. They have installed 6 TVs, sound systems, modems and extenders, refrigerators and a freezer and we have not had any problems with any of them. Our recent experience was last month when we had a power outage and lost connection on all 6 of our TVs and modem. The next day everything was working again except for the large screen TV in our family room. For 5 days we tried everything, rebooting the modem, Xfinity via phone and internet (couldn't speak to a live person at any time since there were still outages in our area and they said we had to wait until all of the outages had been fixed before they would even connect me to someone). When they finally fixed everything, about 6 days later, they still couldn't fix the problem. I called the Geek Squad that evening and spoke with Moosa, a Geek Squad Supervisor. The very next day he sent Javier, a Geek Squad Agent, to our rescue. Javier checked everything and told us there was nothing wrong with our TV and that our Xfinity cable box was the problem. He uninstalled the box for us and told us to take it to the Xfinity store to exchange it for a new one and if we had any problems hooking it up or getting the TV going to call him and he'd stop by at the end of his shift to help. He did and he fixed the problem in no time. Thank you Javier! We also want to thank Moosa for returning my call when he was actually off work for the evening. Service over and above and always with a smile. THANK YOU!!!

    We had the Geek squad come several times to set up TV (once) & several times to set up our turntable. Every tech was very knowledgeable & explained information to us at our level. They were also very nice & friendly

    Geek Squad fixed our Sonos Soundbar connection

    Geek squad resolved an issue with my new TV

    I had a device that worked well with my older TV. My new TV had a port for my older device, but the device didn't work properly on the new TV. The Geek Squad representative came to my house and verified the setup of the new TV. Apparently the new TV's port was for older speakers and provided no support for my device. He determined that if I used a Bluetooth device, it would solve the problem. I happen to have one. He set it up for me and provided other useful information on the new TV's remote. He was very good with explanations and resolving issues.

    I was having problems with my TV to where I thought I would have to buy a new one. Thanks to Reese, of the Geek Squad, he showed me what I was doing wrong. Yep.. All me, lol. Turns out the problems were caused by not using the remote that belonged to the tv. I have a great 4k TV and the remote with the TV was all I needed and it resolved all my problems. As a person on a somewhat fixed income, this was a major relief and I cant thank him enough. But I will try! Thank you Reese!

    Geek (TY CUEVAS) came to our home promptly, was considerate of our property (put on shoe covers), was extremely polite, professional and personable. Ty quickly diagnosed the problem as to why the inside doorbell chime wasn't working. After he fixed that item, he proceeded to address an issue with an Amazon Firestick. Ty easily fixed that problem, too. We were extremely happy with the superior customer service. It was a pleasure having Ty in our home. Thanks for a job well done, Ty!

    I was having issues with a previously installed receiver. And to my dismay. The unit started acting up! Made an appointment with the Geek Squad to see what was wrong. The customer service rep i spoke with was fantastic! Got an appointment the next day They came out and did some tweeking of my system. As always they did a perfect job! Completely worth the membership!

    Both of my tv’s were doing strange that this 77 year old great grandmother didn’t dare to figure out. Heaven knows I could make things worse!! The two Geeks recognized the problem right away and fixed everything. (It was nothing I did, thank goodness).They fixed everything in 10 minutes. They were personable, kind land friendly, yet very professional. I’m very pleased with the Geek Squad team, are all awesome! They take care of this old gal!

    I was more than ready to leave the angriest review I've ever written. I was transferred at least 8 times, hung up on 2 times, and kept getting transferred to some guy named Ricardo who could not hear me, twice. This is including calls answered by GeekSquad. The point of my frustration was thinking I would get my order next day and it arriving a week after the scheduled time. I wanted to find out why, but all I was told was there was nothing that could be done. I kept calling, not content with that answer from the third person I talked to. I eventually got so annoyed that I told the sixth person I talked to, to just refund my entire order. She said she did, but when I reviewed the email it said she only cancelled my geek squad service and the free antivirus not the laptop or mouse that were already in progress. I called back two other times, but the calls wouldn't go through. I called from a different number a got through to Racheal. I told her my frustration and she seemed actually upset in comparison to the other individuals that sounded annoyed or indifferent. She asked the golden question, "What can I do to help resolve this? What do you want me to do to help you?" I was taken aback. You never get this sort of service from a call rep. She also said she was in Texas so I was shocked she was also in the US. Ultimately, the problem was resolved to my satisfaction. She made sure everything I needed was taken care of to the best of her ability and even did a three-way call instead of transferring me. I'll be 100% content when the items arrive, I successfully download Microsoft office, I confirm my geek squad subscription was successfully repurchased, all the appreciate refunds and credits are made, and I successfully get the virus protection for free for the laptop purchase. Best Buy, if you truly care about your organization, you NEED to hire more people like Racheal. I was ready to cancel the whole order, never deal with you again, and tell everyone I know not to buy from you and just go to Amazon or Walmart. Racheal changed that. She is an exemplary employee, and I would buy every electronic from you if I get to deal with people like her.

    Best Buy at its Best!

    The team who was sent to troubleshoot our tv and sound system was awesome! After months of problems, the team quickly identified the issue, fixed it , explained hoe to navigate any other possible issues and left their contact number. It doesn’t get much better than that!!!! THANK YOU Geek Squad!

    Worth having the help

    Vanessa came to set up our system. She was wonderful in explaining how the system would come together. She helped to integrate some of our existing stero and video equipment and switch the analog to digital with a converter. She took the time to make sure everyting was working properly and answer all questions. We were VERY pleased with her expertise and manner.

    Today I went to Best Buy and purchased a new gaming pc. At first, I was a little bit scared to ask someone for help, but after asking for help I was blown away by the customer service team. Mr. Graciano, quickly & efficiently helped me find the best gaming pc for exactly what I needed. I would highly recommend Best Buy to friends and family because the team over there really knows what they are doing. Lastly, if I could give more than 5 stars I would but for now, I'm excited about the future and can't wait to put this awesome gaming pc to use!

    EVEN BROUGHT HIS BOOTIES

    The agent was super nice and knowledgeable. He tried every test possible to diagnose why our ROKU was not receiving enough speed. He referred us to Spectrum who sent us a new modem and router. Now ROKU is working great! Thanks so much! I was so impressed that the first words out of his mouth were, "I brought my booties," and proceeded to put them on. That is so important in this Wisconsin weather!

    The agents installed my receiver and had everything working fine, but after about 2 weeks the system started acting up, and the agents have been back twice, but system still acting up. The guys have been very professional on all of their visits.

    Replacement of Samsung Smart TV

    The tech Muhammand did an excellent job in troubleshooting the problem with my 11 month old Samsung Smart TV. It was the TV was totally dead. Since the TV was still under warranty, Muhammand worked with Best Buy to replace the TV with a new one immediately. I was very pleased with a outstanding service.

    Geek Squad Resolved New TV/Sound System Issues

    The Geek Squad Members Chion Dickenson and Marcus resolved an ongoing connectivity between my recently installed Samsung television and sound system. They thoroughly performed diagnostics on both the tv and sound system and discovered the problem and resolved it on the spot. Chinin and Marcus are great!
