    The Geek Squad did an excellent job mounting and setting up my Sony Bravia TV. I had them back to my house because of an issue with the TV turning on by itself. The problem was fixed and have no other issues

    Solved my biggest problen-Bose not turning on every time. but mute function still not working properly. This was second visit on mute issue, still not resolved

    I’m extremely pleased with the service that I got from the service person that came to my house. I regret that I can’t remember his name. Hank or Harry maybe. He was personable and knew his stuff. He resolved my problems and his troubleshooting was really impressive.

    I ordered a Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator and when the first installation team arrived, they measured the path that it must travel, turned out my front hall was too narrow. However, they left without inquiring about a alternate route. I called customer service and received another delivery date a week or so for the next attempt. This time when the installation team arrived, it was only the team, no refrigerator! They thought that I had a refrigerator to be installed, but I didn't. I was told that I would be compensated for the inconvenience by a customer service representative, this is going on 3 weeks without a refrigerator. But nothing of a sort was presented to me. (The fourth time, it was suggested that I order a smaller refrigerator because this team measured the back door and turns out it was also too small, they were the nicest people They actually walked the entire path that the appliance would travel). I requested a refund after customer service told me that another delivery attempt would not be available for a week and a half from then. By this time I was done. I requested my money back which was refunded in a timely manner. I then went to Home Depot and found a beautiful refrigerator, but because of my time wasted at Bestbuy, I will have waited a total of a month and a half!! But the customer service representatives were understanding and professional. They displayed sympathy for my situation and any of the holdups that occurred on their end. But I gave three stars because it wasn't all of installation teams fault or customer service's fault. But the third installation team also suggested a smaller appliance, or for me to remove the door and banister and reschedule my delivery but the fourth team told me that it was the door frame and removing doors or banisters wouldn't have helped at all, I would have a refrigerator by now.

    The agent immediately solved the problem with my TV, whereas the folks I had talked to over the phone days before were clueless. Very appreciative of Daniel’s knowledge in recognizing the problem within minutes.

    All’s well that ends well. Our third visit from a geek squad member provided a simple solution to our problem. All geek squad members worked very hard to diagnose our non-functioning speaker, but it took the most experienced person to come up with a simple fix. Persistence pays off.

    never had a problem that the geek squad couldn't solve every one of the agents are knowledgeable, courteous, and get right to the source of the problem and correct it

    Late March 2023, the AEP (Delaware) county-wide power surge/blackout that lasted 9 hours 'blew out' our old big screen (plasma), my desktop, an idle Blu-Ray player. Used homeowners insurance to replace them. The courteous service, and especially the knowledge delivered in MY requested language ('techno-inept') was exceedingly helpful in selecting the appropriate products to fit OUR needs (vs typical Best Buy sales spiel to get rid of excess product). Both tv & desktop they suggested were NOT top of MY list, but 'fit' my "gotta have+really want" features list better'n my own!! Definitive shout-out (and who I now search out whenever walk into BestBuy) to Bryan Cowee. Very assistive.

    Bill repaired and put up our TV and did a great job! They came back out to check out going through shiplap to put all wires behind tv.. they were very thorough and will be coming back to do the work!

    I purchased an open box macbook air last week in excellent condition and upon receiving it discovered it was defective. I spent hours on the phone with apple technicians who were trying to diagnose the problem as they walked me through the steps to delete the apps, reinstall them, and factory reset the device again and again. I even took the device to geek squad where they had me go through the same process. I was very frustrated being that I had purchased it with rush shipping because I was ready to launch my business in the upcoming weekend. I finally took the laptop back to geek squad, 20 minutes before bestbuy closed and they went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I ended up walking out the same day with a new laptop and new air pods and only had to pay the difference for the new device. I was amazed and very grateful, particularly because of their care and concern and I was more than satisfied with the customer service.

    I am a true believer in the Geek Squad, and I'm so glad I listened to the recommendation of a long-time friend. I moved a month ago tomorrow and the squad/team made sure I was good to go. I am not a techie and they heard my frustration, listened and did their magic. I can't say enough good things about the service I received. I will never be without the Geek Squad. I don't know if it's okay to single one person out, but 1 million thanks to Parker who treated me like a member of his own family and stayed focused and diligent and never left until everything was perfect. I said it earlier, and I'll say it again, I will never be without the Geek Squad!

    I had purchased a pair of washer dryer and a refrigerator from Best Buy. The staff Joshua in 9835 Rea road helped us with the order on 17th March 2021. He needs to be appreciated for the ease at handling a customer. So friendly yet very informative and an eye for details. We wanted to thank him for the help he extended in getting our order right due lack of availability of our choices. Secondly the geek squad team who came to fix our appliances on 20th March 2021 - Justin and D! They were an awesome duo. Couldn't have made my day better. Justin patiently explained the features of our appliances and waited to clear.of our queries. D helped us clarify with our weirdest doubts and the operational process of the household appliances. They were a bang on team.. Thankyou best buy from having such great employees that make our life easier. We wish Joshua ( BB) Justin and D ( geek squad) the very best in their roles! - Devi
