Fire stick couldn't connect to my TV. Spent over 3 hours with Amazon tech support in 2 calls without success. Geek fixed my problem in about 5 minutes!

The techs that came to my home were professional and knowledgeable they fixed my problem on the first visit

The agent quickly diagnosed my problem, which was a bad part that needed to be replaced. Part was ordered, installed and TV is working like new.

The Geek Squad employee displayed knowledge about the product and was able to correct the problem that existed in the in the home theatre.

The agent sorted out the trouble with my home theatre. It is still functioning perfectly.

I had a wonderful experience at best buy in redding. A employee named Zac went above and beyond helping me pick out a laptop. I was very indecisive but he had patience and helped me go back and forth between laptops, cases and keyboards. Finally I picked a laptop based off of his recommendation ( which was one of the 1st laptops he had shown me) Went home to test it out. Couldnt figure out how to download certain things so i called the geek squad. He walked me through the whole process .. ( wish i had written his name down to give him appreciation for helping me) So nice to have tech help just by calling a number.. Its completely everything I wanted and more. Im so happy that I went to best buy for my purchase. Between their employees and their geek squad I am very impressed. Bravo best buy! You're great!

after a at&t tried to resolve the issues and unsuccessfully failed I set an appt. with the Geek squad the dynamic duo came in resolved all issues
