The agent installed the Stove and made sure it is working before leaving, he also help cleaned the mess and haul the old stove with him.

Love our new Sony OLED TV. Beautiful picture. But we love Geek Squad and Greg even more. If I had 6 stars to rate, Greg would get 6+. He was beyond "customer service" at its best. He didn't stop until everything was set up perfectly. He was very efficient, professional & cared about and understood our particular needs. He was prompt, courteous, and careful not to mess our home on a sloppy day. He was very knowledgeable in his business and helpful to upgrade our set-up.

Recently we had the problem of a sound bar not working properly. I called the Geek Squad and within a few minute they were working to solve my issue. It was determined that I should get a call actually to our home and that was done immediately. They resolved our issue immediately. The Geek Squad provided excellent service and I could not have asked for more!!!!

The service guys came in and found how to fix my boom box and got it working for me. It did not take them long either

The agent helped us access our Arlo cameras on our computer and be able to download their videos into our computer files, and if necessary email pertinent videos to our police department. Background, a police officer came to our front door and asked us if there were videos on our cameras of a break-in to one of our neighbor's houses. The Geel squad agent helped us with downloading and being able to send videos to the police when necessary. Thank you very much for your help!
