    After downloading upgrade to my amplifier, system went out. Suggestion of unplugging cable box and amplifier and then replugging them allowed entire system to reboot. Problem solved.

    We found the solution to the problem with our TV. Did not need Geek Squad to come to our house. The amount was refunded in full. Thank you and we will come back for future needs.

    Kasey was very knowledgeable troubleshooting the pixeling tv picture and resolved the screeched to the original beautiful picture for watching tv.

    Josh Placker was a tremendous help to me. I had purchased a Yamaha AVR. I could not get to work correctly. Josh discovered that Yamaha and our provider, DIRECTV, do not work well together. After exchanging the Yamaha for a Denon AVR, Josh returned and set me up beautifully. You can tell he loves his job and helping people like me 5 Stars!!
