Geek Squad resolved my home theater issue!

We ended up removing Streambar, as our Sony TV is an older model which doesn't have an ARC input. We also did not have a 4K HDMI cord available. So, Cedric had us unplug the Streambar, and plug a Roku stick into the back of our home theater system which resolved the issue.

Great Geek try but not complete
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Dan did an excellent job setting up the new system and was very professional. Although having to come back 2 more times trying to fix the sound bar to operate as it should he was unable to do so. The last suggestion he had was to replace the sound bar but we haven't got that far yet. I'm in hopes of getting this resloved soon.
