I wasnt getting internet on my tvs. They got both up and running again!

TJ got my TV and all my devices connected to my smart TV so that I could access them all efficiently and quickly. Then he wrote it all down so I wouldn’t forget it!

My wall mounted Samsung TV was acting up and I needed help in fixing the problem and replacing my somewhat elderly cables. The Geek Squad tech was knowledgeable, helpful and quick to complete the work. She knew her stuff and was very pleasant to deal with. A very happy result.

Had the Geek Squad out to trouble shoot some programming problems. They fixed my problem in about five minutes!!! Since they were here, they tweeked my settings, color, etc. These guys know their stuff and always do a great job. This is my third time using them.

I purchased our Arlo cameras a number of years ago, and they had stopped sending signals to my phone. The agents came and set them back up on my phone within a matter of minutes. They are so knowledgeable. And they’re very very professional.

The Geek Guys were great! They arrived on time, respectfully covered their shoes and went to work. After unpacking the TV and sound system they set it all up and explained exactly how everything worked. I couldn’t be happier.

the agents came into the house and immediately put booties over their shoes. They reprogrammed our old Logitech universal remote so that it is now easy to tune in regular broadcast TV or Firestick streaming. They were gone in less than 30 minutes! Both my wife and I can easilycontrol the TV.

I definitely recommend this serviced with the Best Buy Geek Squad they help you with everything. I been a loyal member for years and would highly recommend this. They help with your smart Tvs, iphone, pcs, etc. I only purchase appliances with Best Buy because they stand by their products.
