    Your Geek Squad was on time and got the job done very quickly. He realized the remote needed to be used to turn on the sound system for the second zone in the bedroom. Yay! I was very happy with the service and no charge as it should be. Just wondering why I was charged for a service call a couple of months ago.

    Geek Squad fixed my tv problem quickly.

    TV kept losing the picture. Geeks came and replaced the problem components. 2 men came to the house. Prepared with their own table and blanket to lay the tv on. Also had all the parts to fix the problem. Nice guys and very efficient. Would gladly have them back again to repair any tv.

    The best delivery guys ever!! Sal and Albert from JB Hunt Delivery were friendly and helpful And I would recommend these two hard working guys anytime. They called when they were on their way and arrived right on time. I hope Best Buy continues to use them in the future. Thank you!! Geek squad installed the cooktop and it was perfect! They worked with me on the time also! Happy with both services!

    Kam Dawson advised me on a WIFI issue and processed the sale of a new Sony TV. I trusted his information. The sale, delivery, and installation by him and his assistant went smoothly. I appreciate and value the Geek Squad.

    Bought a huge TV last fall and tried to hook up local antenna. Couldn't get it to work. Samsung makes it very difficult with no manual or online help. Finally called Geek Squad and the guy fixed it in about a minute. He then explained what to do and commented that it is not made easy by Samsung, it is not intuitive.

    The techs were quick and efficient. The replacement part worked. After the techs reattached the antenna, it seems to pick up the channels more clearly. They also attached a second devise, not purchased from Best Buy. Best of all, they showed me how to scan for channels and find the hdmi for the new equipment.

    Caleb called me the night before my appointment to get information and narrow down my time frame. He was prompt, friendly, professional, and did a wonderful job fixing everything I asked him to, and even moved a DVD player from one TV to another which wasn't on his list. He was fantastic.

    These guys are the best! We've had two separate teams help us install our new router and set it up with Roku. It was more complicated than it seems but with a total of three visits they got it done. They were knowledgeable, friendly, on time and totally helpful.

    Great repair shop, bad call center

    Geek squad has been doing a great job with the data transfer from my damaged PS4. The people there seem to really know what they're talking about. My only complaint comes from when I missed their call. When I call back the number that they gave me, I should not have to sit through 40 minutes of hold music just to be told that they'll call me back later.

    After a great Best Buy installation of a new TV I mistakenly disconnected my Roku and couldn't get it working. A call to the Geek Squad resulted in nex morning service which corrected the problem within 5 minutes. .
